I saw a brief moment on TV and it looked like he was under security threat. His MIA bodyguards jumped in. Trump was back in action shortly afterwards- and laughed it off.

 

Video of clash with someone in the crowd. Apparently Trump regularly insults people in the crowd who disagree with him. What a class act.
