When the MInsk agrement in 2015 was signed and approved by the UN Security Council the USA decided it was to be ignored and effectfively sabotaged the agreement that would have ensured the territorial integrity of Ukraine as it was in 2015. The Ukrainian's reported destroying one in Crimea about 3 days ago. There was also video footage shown on Russian telegram channels that did show a large fire at the location of where Ukraine claim to have destroyed a S-400 system but you can't actually see whats on fire.
Tell me Mike what did you make of the Russian landing ship and submarine in Sevastopol being hit by Ukrainian missiles and another Russian missile ship being hit out at sea?

So at this point its beyond dispute that Ukraine did hit the naval base in Sevastapol and its the view of many analysts that those vessels hit have effectively been destroyed.
