What is taking place around the world is a human disgrace and starts with smoking Weed and working up to higher "fixes" with the governments collecting the taxes on legal Weed Producers.
Here in Vancouver and surrounding municipalities people are stealing anything and everything, sleeping everywhere and leaving garbage and human waste at the sites that they just slept at and are very aggressive with their request for handouts.
