Enough evidence to indict Trump: panel

Members of the House committee investigating the Capitol riot say they have uncovered enough evidence for the Justice Department to consider an unprecedented criminal indictment against former president Donald Trump for seeking to overturn the results of the 2020 election.

The committee announced that Trump’s campaign manager, Bill Stepien, is among the witnesses scheduled to testify at a hearing on Monday that focuses on Trump’s effort to spread his lies about a stolen election. Stepien was subpoenaed for his public testimony.

As the hearings unfold, Representative Adam Schiff said he would like the department to “investigate any credible allegation of criminal activity on the part of Donald Trump”.

Schiff, a Democrat who also leads the House intelligence committee, said “there are certain actions, parts of these different lines of effort to overturn the election that I don’t see evidence the Justice Department is investigating”.

The committee launched its public hearings last week, with members laying out their case against Trump to show how the defeated president relentlessly pushed his false claims of a rigged election despite multiple advisers telling him otherwise and how he intensified an extraordinary scheme to overturn Joe Biden’s victory.

Additional evidence is to be released in hearings this week, Democrats say, that will demonstrate that Trump and some of his advisers engaged in a “massive effort” to spread misinformation, pressured the Justice Department to embrace his false claims, and urged then-vice president Mike Pence to reject state electors and block the vote certification on Jan. 6, 2021.

Stepien, a longtime Trump ally, is now a top campaign adviser to the Trump-endorsed House candidate in Wyoming’s Republican primary, Harriet Hageman, who is challenging Liz Cheney, the committee’s vice-chair and a vociferous critic of the former president.

A Trump spokesman, Taylor Budowich, suggested the committee’s decision to call Stepien was politically motivated.

Monday’s witness list also includes BJay Pak, the top federal prosecutor in Atlanta who left his position on January 4, 2021, a day after an audio recording was made public in which Trump called him a “never-Trumper”; Chris Stirewalt, the former political editor for Fox News; noted Washington elections lawyer Benjamin Ginsberg; and Al Schmidt, a former city commissioner in Philadelphia.

The panel will also focus on the millions of dollars Trump’s team brought in fundraising in the run-up to January 6, according to a committee aide.

Committee members said they would present clear evidence that “multiple” GOP lawmakers, including Republican House member Scott Perry had sought a pardon from Trump, which would protect him from prosecution.

Perry on Friday denied he ever did so.

Lawmakers indicated that perhaps their most important audience member during the hearings may be Attorney-General Merrick Garland, who must decide whether his department can and should prosecute Trump.

A prosecution would be unprecedented and may be complicated in a political election season in which Trump has openly flirted with the idea of running for president again.

Beware of anything coming from Pelosi and Schiff.   When Trump enquired  about the Biden family involvement in Ukraine corruption -  the two of them panicked because they were also involved in corruption in Ukraine.    They were also on the kickback system whenever US Aid were granted to Ukraine they got a cut in kickbacks:-

*     Pelosi's son Paul in the process stole  $25 million through so-called gas and oil exploration in Ukraine in partnership with a Russian resident in Moscow -  she made a video to promote the "work her son's company" was doing in Ukraine based on which  a grant of $25 million approved by the US ambassador in Ukraine who had to approve US Aid grants.    The Paul Pelosi Company was deregistered in California and the company was then registered in Singapore.    The $25 million was paid and transferred to the Singapore bank account of the company - from where it vanished into thin air.

*      Schiff received kickbacks from US  arms assistance to Ukraine through the major arms producer in Ukraine owned by a Russian called Stepanek.   Stepanek took over the funding of Schiff's election campaign for years - taking over the role of Soros who used to fund the expenses.    Stepanek registered a company in the USA on which Board two of Schiff's employees  served as Directors.    When it became apparent that every US Aid grant in aid paid over to Ukraine and all other countries contained kickback operations by corrupt US politicians - he stopped the  cash US Aid grants to all other countries to allow for an audit of what happened to all such aid grants  and that  in the case of Ukraine entailed no cash grants to Ukraine especially and Trump decided to have arms for Ukraine purchased in the USA and sent to Ukraine instead.   That impacted badly on the kickbacks the Pelosi and Schiff corruption operations. 

In both cases full investigation of the Biden corruption in Ukraine would also expose what Pelosi and Schiff was involved in in Ukraine and it had all the possibility of exposing their own involvement in corruption in Ukraine and  that led to their fake impeachment of Trump based on NO evidence at all.

The present January 6 Committee was concocted by Pelosi and appointing of members was by her  to conduct a so-called investigation of the 6 January 2021 incident - which was termed a an insurrection by the Democrats and a coup attempt to boot.   The  Pelosi House Committee dealing with the incident has no evidence of Trump inciting the demonstrations and they are busy with a witch hunt as part of propaganda  connected to the  upcoming mid-term House election.    It is in fact a nothing Burger - they have no evidence supporting their claims - but the same two used the Committee in a desperate move to influence voters to support the Democrats in the house election.

Th leftist and socialist policies of the Biden regime have caused massive inflation in the USA  and to that rank administrative incompetence is added.    The dollars spent on unproductive issues has destroyed the value of the US Dollar - hence the comments about Pelosi and Schiff rushing to Kiev after the  recent $40 billion aid grant to Ukraine.    They went there to finalize how the kick backs would operate  iro any aid grant to Ukraine.

The other problem relates to Cheney.   Her father has shares - a huge stake -  in a major arms production company and he was involved in decisions to attack Afghanistan and Iraq when he was serving as deputy President under Bush.  the Cheney company made billions through US Army purchases in the case of those two wars and a major part of the money also flowed to the Cheney family.   

There is nothing the Biden, Pelosi and Schiff crime families fear more than the Republicans taking over the House and the Senate and starting real investigations into -

*    the 2020 riots in the USA  by the BLM and Antifa subsidiaries of the Democratic Party and the role of the Democratic Party leadership involvement in funding and organizing of the riots;

*    the Hunter Biden laptop insofar as Biden is concerned; and 

*    the involvement of the Pelosi and Schiff crime clans in corruption in Ukraine and elsewhere in the world; and

*    insider trading by the Democratic Party leadership after the Biden Administration took over.

Such a Committee will act on written proof  already exposed and not myths created by the Democratic Party like happened in the Russian Hoax cases and the impeachment of Trump.   

It would be interesting to see what impact the House 6  January Committee "findings"  will have on the election  outcomes in November.    At present despite the maximum propaganda of the  Democrats their opinion poll numbers went through the bottom of the pile and is going to be a disaster  for the Democrats.    There is an interesting Special Election for a House seat in district 34 in Texas today,  The district has an 80%  Hispanic population and used to e a Democratic Party stronghold which the Democrats used to win by double digit majorities for decades - but dropped to 2,5% in 2020 when Biden was candidate of the Democrats. - the House seat was won by the Democrats by 4%. -  in other words the House candidate did better than Biden  did in the area.    According to the situation in 2020 Biden was supported by 57% of the Hispanic voters in the USA - that support  dropped to 36% two months ago and is now at 26%.    Based on what happened in New Jersey and Virginia in March and the latest opinion polls the Republicans are likely to win the election today  and the majority of the Democrats in the House will drop to 5 .     A likely win by the Republicans is going to indicate what would happen to Democratic Party support in the November election as well.

Democratic Party candidates in majority Hispanic House districts is under threat  and  Candidates in those districts are now claiming that they are not  supporting key Democratic Party initiatives like defunding of the Police, the children indoctrination program, the  protection of criminals by the justice system and the open Mexican  border policy.     Their recent voting in the House on those issues are not reflecting  their newly-discovered opposition to the Biden fiasco - so they are regarded  as untrustworthy by voters.    .      .                           .                                                                 .   .
