When a voter enter the polling booth area he must prduce his ID crd or book which is then send to the elecion commission office and a slip is produced that authrosie ballots to be issued to voters - THta take about a minute to be authoized/  nce that slip is produced you eter the election room and is isued by 3 votes one for the party you support - the econd one for provincial voting and the third one for the provincial party vote to be counted a votes from that province for the national assebly.
