The news headlines in the USA - and not only iro Fox News - related to serious question marls as to the start of the coronavirus epidemic. The information in 2018 was started and Funded by the USA in 2015 under Obama. The problem was that in 2018 there was a report to the State Department that the laboratory security was defective and that report was then followed by further assistance by the University of Texas.
Now lets be clear - there are a number of such laboratories doing similar work in other countries - but those are subject to regular inspection by specialists to ensure that the necessary safeguards exists to prevent the viruses from getting out of the laboratory. The inspections were not allowed by the Communist Regime. The laboratory in Wuhan did deal with bat research, However, it is now alleged that the virus found its way into the public from that laboratory,
The Chinese started an immediate cover up and stated the virus started from the wet-market in Wuhan - where no live animals or snakes were sold. Bats were never sold there - mostly fish was sold at that market. When seven doctors warned that there was a new virus affecting people in Wuhan the Police detained them for spreading false alarms. The real problem was also that initially the Chinese stated that their was no human-to-human transmission. It was ony in middle January that China started to use the military to try and contain the virus. Since then the cover-up and lies by the Communist Regime continued and the Chinese limited the outbreak impact up to this stage. That gives the impression that China has been desperately trying up the real facts as to staring of the pandemic.,
There are question marks around the world about where the virus actually started and whether the Wuhan Laboratory was not the real start of the inspections. The Chinese would not allow such inspections - since it could resul in massive claims around the World. In the meantime the wet-market story has been discredit already,
As to the WHO the situation is that they replicated the Chinese Government disinformation and that influenced Dr Fauci and he other experts appointed by Trump. The fact is that the WHO with their evident support of China did not do their work impartially and the real results were thousands of deaths all over the world. Instead of dealing with the issue comprehensively the WHO in fact mislead the world about the potential impact of the virus world wide. The problem ot worst when it became clear that the Organization spent circa $200 million of travel and accommodation costs, which amount is more than what was spent on any individual serious health threats to people worldwide.
Trump stated that the USA contribution to the WHO would be withheld until a study on the functioning and competence of the organization has been undertaken.
The above sent the Democrats and the leftist media in to a flat Spin. The WHO could effectively be called allies of China. However, the Democrats immediately went to the defense of China. it indeed is an example of what a $1,5 billion bribe of the Democrats by China can achieve.
