...Oh dear another day , another gaffe...The families of slain US soldiers have lashed out Donald TRum p, branding him a fat f**ken liar, after he falsely said past presidents had never called them.
"When my brother was killed, Pres Bush listened while i screamed at him and then held me as i sobbed, you fat f**ken liar, " Delilia O Malley tweeted at Pres T'rump on Monday night, referring to her brother who was killed in the Iraq war.
Her fury was echoed by Gold Star families and the staff of former presidents who accused Pre T'rump of blatant lying.

Dustin Wright who was killed with three other soldiers in an attack in Niger on October 4, spoke to Time Magazine on Wednesday about a condolence call he received from President Donald Trump on Tuesday and his thoughts on what his son knew when he volunteered for military service. Wright is an Army veteran as are his wife and another son. Wright blasted the controversy over the condolence call Trump made to the Myeshia Johnson, the widow of Sgt. La David Johnson who was also killed in the Niger attack. Wright’s comments and observations are 180 degrees opposite of the highly negative experience reported by Rep. Frederica Wilson (D-FL) about Johnson’s talk with Trump.

Arnold Wright earlier spoke to CBS News , reporting his call with Trump lasted about twenty minutes with Wright doing most of the talking, focusing on his concerns over lack of air cover for his son’s patrol. Wright said Trump was “real cordial” and he was confident Trump would look in to the lack of air cover.

In his interview with Time, Wright blasted the controversy surrounding Trump’s call to Myeshia Johnson, saying the focus should be on his son and the kind of man he was and that he “died in a bad situation that needs to be changed”.

Arnold Wright, the father of the late Staff Sgt. Dustin Wright, said he and Trump spoke for about 20 minutes, and that Trump mostly listened.

“He talked to me about the loss of my son and how he served with honor and dignity and he just wanted to give me a call to thank me,” Arnold Wright told TIME in a phone interview. “I told him the kind of man Dustin was. We talked about his deployment. … We got troops out there with no air cover. There are still teams in the country. That was the main point that was the conversation.”

Arnold Wright said he had no qualms about the fact that Trump’s phone call came nearly two weeks after his son’s death was announced…

“The tone was great,” Wright said. “His comments were appropriate.” C RASH GOES THE CLOWNS!

And when I listen to what this woman was saying, what she was doing on TV, the only thing I could do to collect my thoughts, is to go walk among the finest men and women on this earth — and you can always find them, because they’re at Arlington National Cemetery. I went over there for an hour and a half, walked among the stones, some of whom I put there, because they were doing what I told them to do when they were killed.”

General Kelly WENT OFF on Rep. Wilson on Thursday during the White House Press Briefing.

James Kelly told the reporters, “I was stunned… That this representative listened in on a phone call from a president to a widow.”

General Kelly: I was stunned when I came to work tomorrow morning and broken-hearted at what I saw a member of Congress doing. A member of Congress who listened in on a phone call from the President of the United States to a young wife and in his way tried to express that opinion. He is a brave man.

Kelly called Rep. Wilson an “empty barrel.” BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA AND IF HE KNEW THE HALFWITS HERE HE WOULD SAY THEY SAME OF THEM!!

 I watched the whole thing and it was very touching and informative. I appreciate General Kelly doing this press conference. It is not easy to talk about and it is especially difficult to talk to the media since so many of them are biased and ruthless. He handled them very well.

Both of my children are dead now and I know the grief that entails.

He made the point that only 1% of our citizens now serve in the military since it is all volunteer. I really don't think people understand that and most never will.

Wilson’s voting record on veterans issues may call into question the sincerity of her recent defense of U.S. service members and their families.

Despite Wilson’s claim to be “committed to honoring our service members, not only with words but with deeds,” she has voted against most bills ensuring continued funding for veteran benefits, including payments to widows of fallen soldiers, the vote-tracking site shows.

She has also opposed measures designed to improve the Department of Veterans Affairs.

In March 2013, Wilson opposed the “Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act,” which prevented a government shutdown and provided funds for the U.S. military and the VA.

The bill, which passed with bipartisan support and was signed into law by the Obama administration, provided funding to the military and the VA until the next government shutdown showdown.

Later in the year, Wilson again voted against a resolution aimed at ensuring benefits paid to the veterans and their families would not be affected by the government shutdown in October that year.
