The question always is - What is Fascism?    Fascism  is a Socialist Ideology and is different only from Socialism since it forms an alliance with the major capitalists to govern dictatorially.   Commun ism is in the same vein -but the capitalist involvement is less evident.   

So what is happening in the world today?    China has moved from a Communist Dictatorship to a Fascist Dictatorship  - while in the USA the Democrats have moved from a centrist party to . a Fascist  Party in alliance with The ultra-rich billionaires who own the media  and the internet platforms.     If that continues over the next four years the USA will be on par with China as a Fascist Dictatorship.   The programs to ensure a Fascist  takeover is in full force - open borders, undermining of law and order and the Justice system, introducing  Stalinist voting programs and indoctrination of school children on a Stalinist basis and enhancement of the Woke culture destroying  culture and national pride in your own country.  

If the USA succumb to become a Fascist Socialist Dictatorship  - the weak EU Governments and the UK will succumb to Fascism quickly and with disastrous results.        .   

Let me try again:

‘Fascism, a political philosophy, movement, or regime (such as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition’

That description fits Russia perfectly and is pretty much the opposite of the USA. This  Fascist accusation, leveled at the Ukraine is a diversion….an attempt to justify the crime that’s going on in the Ukraine.

What was the latest election results in Russia - Presidential and Parliamentarian - go and read it up and come back to confirm your opinion.     In the last Duma election Putin's party got 48% of the total votes cast - but won many seats because the opposition parties are fractured.   

By the way - the Democrats are destroying Democracy in the USA and they are stopped by the Supreme Court - so next idea is to pack the said court.    The fct is that the only way to stop them from destroying democracy is for the Republican Party to win majorities in November in both the Senate and House - otherwise Democracy in the uSA are seriously threatened,   You may be happy with the way the USA is going - so just read the following:-

The conflict has killed thousands of people and displaced more than 13 million , creating the worst refugee crisis in Europe since World War II.

The new Biden Disinformation Board  is aimed at undermining the opposition to him and the Democrats and is the same as operated in the USSR and now China.    That  is typical in dictatorships and  is an example of what the whole Democratic Party agenda is - namely to establish a One-Party state in the USA.

But as you've said(sigh)....Let me try again

It is not in reality what Mozart describe it as.   It a socialist economic system that Mozart does not  cover in his  description and it  has some racist ideology - but that has nothing to do with the central economic control ideology involved.    

I never supported socialism  and has stated racism is an abomination.     My problem is that state control of the economy is the biggest  threat to democracy and freedom of people.   That is a fact as well.    

Mozart's quote s dubious anyway - because it does not refer to total state control of the economy - which is the basis of socialism.  He deals with only a third of the problem when it comes to racism and dictatorial control - the other two-thirds of the real situation relates to socialist economic control ensuing that people become poverty-stricken and has no way out of the trap they will find themselves in.   

Mozart is also oblivious to the fact that he believes there are counter-balances  that would prevent a dictatorship in the USA - but the Democrats are  in favor of  packing the Supreme Court   to ensure that their Stalinist drive to -

*    election reform allowing for registering to vote and  for  voting without identification (in other words legalizing of voter fraud );and

*    indoctrinate school children through various school teaching programs,

will not be  s topped as unconstitutional by the said Court.

Biden has now established a Disinformation Board  that will ensure that freedom of speech is undermined through Government lies and deception.  This type of Board was central to the dictatorship of the USSR and at present in China.   Threats to democracy in the USA are very real and the open border policy and defunding of the Police - in other words to destroy law and order - are examples.     At present laws are only applied to opposition members and supporters - not to Democrats and their supporters.

I am afraid the media coverage is what most people on site believe in.   They would believe everything the media tells them to believe.   Fact is the Russians effectively occupied  a large area in Eastern Ukraine and there is no sign of  them being withdrawn   from the area or being forced ot retire from the said area. 

The main problem is he USA media used by media outlets in many countries,   The media claim that the Ukraine is winning the war and the stories they tell are mostly propaganda.    Jimmy Dore had an advisor of  Zelenskyy on his program  dealing with the war issue dating from 2019.   In that interview the strategy of Ukraine was clear.   They wanted to ensure that Russia to attack Ukraine and all the measures  in attacks on Russian speaking Ukraine residents and other oppressive measures were aimed entirely on that objective.   After winning the war against Russia Ukraine will become a member of NATO and the latter will have entire control of the Crimea naval  bases  of Russia.   It also is the result of the Ukraine Government's breaching of the Minsk Agreement of 2015, specifically dealing with the Donbas  Region of Eastern Ukraine.

The Russians were prepared to do what was agreed on in 2015 - namely to allow the Dobas Region to remain part of Ukraine and guarantee  Ukraine's border with certain conditions namely - 

*     The Crimea will not remain part of .Ukraine; and

*      Ukraine not becoming a member of NATO.   

The Minsk agreement would allow for a referendum on the issue of a revised constitution  guaranteeing a great degree of self-Government in the Donbas Region, but still remaining part of the Ukraine.    That  Referendum would be held  in the area governed  by the Ukarine at the time and the area held by rebel forces.   The referendum never happened because the Ukraine Government refused to implement the agreement.

Even though Germany and France to this day reject the membership of NATO concept by Ukraine, the Biden Administration in the USA kept on for its own reasons promoting the concept of war between Russia and Ukraine and undermining the peace efforts by both France and Germany before the start of the Russian invasion.     The problem is the fact that the Biden needs something to take the minds of people  away from their disastrous administration in the USA itself and the Ukraine War is the result of that objective as well.

The BRICS countries - which aside from Russia - includes  Brazil, India, China and South Africa - making up 40% of the world population - rejected the  stories spread by the Biden Administration  on the issue and insist on proper negotiations to end the war - but the Biden Administration is against that approach and is encouraging Zelenskyy  to reject any such negotiations.

What is going on in fact is a proxy war the Biden Administration abusing the people of Ukraine to continue a war they themselves promoted.    .
