Trumps salary is paid over to welfare and the story is BS as to be expected.   At least he did not sent a load of $1,8 billion in cash in a plane to Teheran like Obama did.   Paying the USA enemies is what the idiot - the worst President ever - thrived in.

...not so clevermike i think that was four decades of frozen assets was'nt it the USA returned to Iran...

Lie: We gave Iran "$150B, not to mention $1.8B in cash" after signing the Iran Deal. Truth: Iran regained access to $150B of its own assets, which had been frozen abroad. The $1.8B was from a 1970s deal in which Iran paid us $400M for military equipment that never got delivered.

Not a fact my dear friend Brycy.   What Trump said was 100% true.   And that story about golfing trips is typical BS spouted by the DP media.  He plays golf at his home in Florida and the fact is he does not require government funds for that purpose either.

Obama doubled the US national debt from $11 trillion to $22 trillion in  8 years,

In any event there was not a single treaty or deal signed by Obama that was not a betrayal of the USA interests anyway,   Paying your enemy R1,8 billion in cash Mafia style is what was to be expected from Obama,   Wonder how much the kick back would have amounted to.

That nuclear deal was NEVER adhered to by the Ayatollah - one do not sign deals with dictatorships and then is allowed to do some inspections at sites while the main work is done at  other sites which was never inspected.   The fact is that Iran never abided by the treaty and a proper treaty was to be negotiated and implemented if the desired  objective is to be achieved.

Do you think Trump did not know what was happening in Iran?   He did exactly as was proven again by the Solemaini incident.   Iran is in turmoil and  elements inside Iran wants to get rid of the murderous Ayatollah.

....notsoclevermike ,, Fat Donny is taking the credit for assasinating Soloemani but more likely it was Netanyahu's handy work ...Trump was too busy playing golf at the time, got caught with his pants down when they attacked the US embassy .....Israel pulls America's strings and masterminded it ...Iran has threatened to wipe Israel off the map so no love lost there...when Netanyahu said he had no hand in it he was actually really taking the credit

Question now is how long will it take Iran to build a nuclear bomb now they've removed inspectors and diplomacy is dead ....do you think the world is a safer place like what Pompey is saying...why would they tell all American citizens to flee Iraq if that's the case

...and ISIS has also welcomed the death of Qaseem Solemani ...

ISIS believes the death of Soleimani will allow them to regroup in Iraq once more

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-7874033/ISIS-welcome-death-Irans-Qaseem-Soleimani.html

.so ISIS reestablishes itself and who is gunna help the US fight them after Trump betrayed their allies the Kurds...

No Dimness - reads what happened in the Sandman case and see what media lies result in.  Trump cannot sue them as President.   If he could they would all be in jail by now.  You must be nuts - there is no Israili base near enough to do a job on Soleimani.

As to ISIS why did it took to Trump t finish the job quickly - why Obama did nothing to ISIS while he was President,   Send in troops - but they were restricted and could not act unless attacked

By the way how about a Government paying their debt to another country in cash sent by an aircraft.  Why no comment on that illegality,   Mafia style of doing things - book out R1,8 billion sent half and keep the rest for himself and his crookled cronies?

All the Iran surrogates in Iraq was to fight the USA - not ISIS and Trump did not betray the Kurds.  They are still getting the arms and money they need.

There is one thing where  I agree with Trump - get out of the ME and let them murder and kill each other.   However, Trump cannot do it without support of the Senate.   If it depended on him the US Army would have been out of Iraq and Syria by now.

How long would it take for Iran to build a nuclear bomb - no longer than with that Treaty and if Obama was in charge they would have had a few already by now,    He would have been to cowardly to do anything about it either.

Lastly - do you know the difference between the Shi'ites and he Sunnis as Islamic religious sects,   The Shi'ites center is Iran - the Sunni's are more or less aligned to Saudi-Arabia,   They have been at war with each other for a thousand years and to be in the mniddlke of those two is madness,  The fact is that the religious groups in Iraq is basically  52% Shi'ite and 41% Sunni's. 5% identify themselves as "just a Muslim".  The rest are made up of a mixture  of other religions.

The Sunni's and Shi'ites are highly politicized around their respective sects - while the Kurds are not based on religious fanaticism - even though they are in the main Sunni's

The whole story is a real recipe for a civil war  and while the USA and national Iraq army ended up ending the ISIS Caliphate, based on Sunni support, The Iranians tried to develop a separate Shi'ite army and concentrated their attacks on USA troops - they really had no real hand in subduing  ISIS.   In the process they killed about 600 US troops.

The Iran - aligned Shi'ites want  the USA out - so they could take over Iraq and establish a government loyal to Teheran.   The present Government are controlled by the Shi-ites - but that would inevitably lead to civil war,     Not a happy situation to be in.

Read what I wrote subsequently above.   I think Trump would like to see the troops out  - but the EU countries and the Senate in the USA would not allow that to happen.

Would you rather see millions killed in a civil war in Iraq,  Anyway - I am sure that after the November 2020 election - the re-elected Trump will withdraw all the troops from the ME.

Both Bush and Obama  caused havoc in Iraq and Trump inherited the mess they made.

Mike ou Brycy is low IQ, low information and as gullible as they come.

The Americans had frozen the 150 billion precisely because Iran was seen as the enemy as their chants of death to America so aptly revealed.

Hussein Obummer is a muslim and wanted to help out his Muslim brothers so he took the treasonous step of unfreezing the money. The fact that this was Iranian money is of course an absurd argument in the circumstances.

Then we get the deal itself. The deal was only for 10 years!!! It's close to ending. It did not stop Iran from developing missiles. It allowed Iran to prevent inspection of Iran's military bases where naturally the research regarding nuclear weapons would take place.

So Trump is 100% correct. Including being correct in Obummer sending these American haters 1.7 billion in cash!!!!

But recall also that the Hussein Obummer regime sold Iran's great ally Russia 20% the USA Uranium reserves to Putin. The Russians the promptly gave the Clinton Foundation 145millipn dollars!!!

Now we see the demonrats up in arms that the world's number 1 terrorist being taken out. This guy killed at a minimum 603 US service men and women and wounded thousands of others. Just recently he murdered 1,500 Iranian protestors.

Of course a twisted mong like Brycy would side with Soleimani.

The alliance between the demonrats and Islam is increasingly be revealed. Demonrats hate Israel and anti semiticsm is rampant in the party. They hate Christians as well. They do whatever theg can to promote Islam regardless of the threat these people pose to America. They want open borders so more jihadists can come in.

Now they are seen to be supporting a murderous monster. This has been anther disaster for demonrats. So many lately.

Unintentionally he has picked up the far right-wing Christians from around the world as followers as well. The far-right Christians have a similar mentality to the extreme Islams - they share the same God after all. When they have war, God apparently supports each of them

Listen SB

That is real BS and that is a fact,   Trump is not far right - there is zero evidence that he is.   His policy is in fact based on protection of the interest of everybody in the USA - not surrender and roil over like the Democrats do,   Fact is that is the type of BS only idiots would state and is just another example of how ridiculous the statements on him is,   Grow up please.

Why don't you wrote something about the corrupt liberals who are now on the verge of communism as well.   They would become dictators of they cab get into power,

The majority of people of all races in the USA  - whether Christian or otherwise a re basically centrist in their political outlook,   Clinton lost the election because she is part of the swamp that was running corruption in the political scene in the USA and  the ordinary people was totally neglected by the political elite over the last 30 years,  That does not make him a dictator at all.

In any event the  Democrats has drifted so far to socialism and admiration of communism that the working class people are deserting them in droves and he is likely to be re-elected for another four year term - after which he will retire like all other Presidents.

The far-leftists in charge of the DP cannot take that and the nonsense they write about him being a dictator and similar BS is just laughable.

So CleverMike, you said that you worked for the government back in the 70's and 80's, was that also the ANC?

Newyork and California are both traditionally democratic, and they are some of the best places in the world. I am pretty sure that they are on average smarter than the inland places like Alabama and Kentucky fried Chicken.

The Democratic Party at least promotes having a minimum wage for those stuck in Mcdonalds like jobs, or low paid farm work like many of the inlanders in the USA. You could call that socialism, or just being ethical.

Boris Johnston reduced corporate tax from 19% to 17%- and may reduce further to 15% which is excellent. However, he also increased the minimum wage to £10 pounds per hour, which is also excellent.

"Jan 13, 2020, 16:06

Trump is a dictator claiming he is doing the work of God."

Explain please. You may want to start here:

"A dictator is a political leader who possesses absolute power. A dictatorship is a state ruled by one dictator or by a small clique. The word originated as the title of a magistrate in the Roman Republic appointed by the Senate to rule the republic in times of emergency (see Roman dictator and justitium)."

Explain the "absolute power" that Trump has and how and when he got that.

"Newyork and California are both traditionally democratic, and they are some of the best places in the world."

I have seen articles written by Democrats that say the worst states are Republicans, and I have also seen articles written by Republics that say Democrats are the worst states.

List of U.S. states and territories by income
This is from WikiPedia. California ranks 7th for average salary in the US.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_U.S._states_and_territories_by_income
The problem in California is what is an increasing problem around the world. Property is just becoming too expensive. Too many people, and too little property.
If I lived anywhere in America I would want to live in southern California, but so would many/most people. Problem is the property is just getting too expensive.
If you check the lowest salaries by state, you will see it is mostly the Southern States like Alabama etc that no one would want to live in.

If a president (one person) can order international military action, it is a dictator. Trump uses Twitter to inform Congress of "his" military plans after they have happened. Trump has just had his military powers reduced because he is not following democratic due process.
Even some of the Republicans State Governors are complaining about Trumps war actions, that is seems Trump is acting on his own accord.
Whenever Trump talks about his achievements, he always says "I"- with the rest of the Republican party work in the admin department. He rarely mentions anyone in the Republican party, and it sounds like he does everything.

It is the age old leftie tactic. Jump on the California average income band wagon. Have you considered the one factor that skews the average income figures in California? How many multi billionaires and millionaires are there in California? Remember that, among others, both Silicon Valley and Hollywood is in California. Then there is also the other tactic. Skip the first question and then jump straight into the next one with the normal obfuscation strategy.

Ceradunce, the article you provided says only 25% of people are going to Texas. The issue is that Californian housing is so expensive- not necessarily tax.

They are moving because of taxes. No doubt about it. They say so themselves. It is the same reason why Andrew Cuomo, New York Governor, is so up in arms. He also raised taxes in Washington through the roof and the rich are now also fleeing New York and what did Cuomo do? He raised the taxes even more and then he threatened to tax them even in the states where they move to. He is as crazy as his CNN brother Chris (Fredo) Cuomo.

Income tax by state (on earnings as an employee)

California is certainly higher at 13%, but still lower than in the UK.

Something worth considering is that the rural areas do have a lower income tax, but given most of the population are cattle - this could explain things.

In many places in the world, cities have more income tax- as they do require more police etc, more bin men to pick up rubbish, more roads to maintain etc, etc.
