So it is true and also the fact that Biden and Harris caused terrible difficulties for their supporters by campaigning in the election not to be vaccinated and repeatedly said they themselves won't accept any vaccination. They were of course lying - they were towo of the earliest to be vaccinated. The damage was done though - only 30% of the Blacks and 42% of the Latino's are vaccinated.
