…Covid and the flu. They popped one in each arm. That way if the arms fall off at least I’ll be will be one of the undecided.

Haha…nope they stayed firmly attached. But I did notice the well known vaccine side effect of promoting a draw, apparently temporary. Which has caused some golfers who finally could draw the ball, if only for a week or so, to look into legal action because the vaccine clearly only provides temporary protection against the slice.

Reminds me of those news hosts telling everyone how safe the jab was then collapsing. 

How can anybody take a chance like this at this stage when the facts are clear.

Draad if you would take the time and look at the study I posted on HasBeen’s recent thread on the vax, you will see all the supposed vax side effects occur in greater numbers in those who have had Covid. I think it’s more likely that the smaller occurrence attributed to the vax is probably the result of having had Covid which pretty much everybody has experienced by now.

But it’s up to each individual to make his own call. I know corporate America pretty well. Most major companies, including the pharma giants have ethical cultures…and they are subject to perjury laws. The mavericks in these right wing sites (and left wing sites) are making allegations and they are protected by free speech laws.

I detest being herded like a farm animal...there's enough red flags to make mandatory vaccinations illegal...do with your own body as you please, but give me the same courtesy.

Neuther can you answer why children were jabbed or why the concept of herd immunity was thrown out. Nor can you explain why persons who had had Covid needed these useless jabs. Nor can you explain why countries that didn't have the vaxx fared fare better than countries that did. Nor can you explain the excess desths etc. You can't explain why 9 put if ten people dying in hospitaks in the UK and Canada were vaccinated people and thst of that figure over 80 percent were triple jabbed.

The vaccine had 2 goals:
1. Reduce sickness and deaths.
2. Prevent transmission or reduce the rate.

Two problems arose once vaccine Version 1 was released:
1. Covid mutated faster than hoped and became "much" more infectious. 
2. The vaccine reduced transmission- but for a shorter time than hoped. (E.g. 3 months)

From the very beginning, there was talk about possible boosters, but the biggest disappointment of the vaccine was not reducing the transmission rate. 
If it had worked better at reducing transmission, herd immunity could be achieved.

With Omicron, the vaccine did not even prevent transmission, but it did achieve its primary goal of reducing severe sickness and death. 

Omicron was also a different disease because it had a lower death and severe sickness rate (even after normalizing data of the oldest and obese people who got exposed earlier on). 

There was a short time when many people believed that vaccines should have been made mandatory. It was not just governments.

However once it became clear that the vaccine was not going to slow down transmission, it became pointless to make it mandatory. 

So while I joke around about making Draad my donkey, it was only for a short period that I planned to do this. 

My viewpoint on mandatory vaccines changed, when:

1. Once everyone who wanted a vaccine had taken it, they were safe.
2. Death and severe sickness reduced with Omicron.
3. Some herd immunity was forming as people who had Covid multiple times were seeing reduced effects- often less than a cold.

Had Covid been SARS or MERS with the transmission rate of Omicron, I would have rounded up the anti-vaxxers and used them as target practice with a vaccine dart. Skiet hom

Conclusion. Having up to date protection makes sense.
