Dudes... Chat GPT has just launched a new feature which is going to break a lot of things. The feature is called GPTs(plural)... It basically works as follows and is ridiculously easy to set up...literally zero programming or even much computer knowledge required. Whats is a GPT - It's an AI powered bot that you create yourself, using easy prompts, that can used for a wide variety of functions. I will provide the steps below along with an example of something you could do. 1) Select a name for the GPT - Free Doctor 2) Tell the GPT what type of GPT you want it to be...IE what it will be used for. - I want you to be a doctor bot. I will provide you with medical journals and textbooks that you are to train yourself on. I want you to prioritise the data that I upload to you in your responses and then widen the search to the most respected medical journals available if you can't find the answer in the data that I upload. 3) the GPT creator will now ask you questions like... - do you want me to ask the user further questions in order to more accurately answer their query? - is there a specific age group that this GPT will serve? 4) Upload the data that you want the GPT to be trained on. Upload all the medical journals, in word or PDF format, that you want the GPT to prioritise in is answers. ...and that's it. Now you can start asking the bot questions. I recently uploaded a bunch of South African National Standards and have been adding to data pile for a few weeks. I now have a bot that can answer in detail, as well as providing solutions, queries that I have relating to the standards I uploaded. Such a powerful tool. This sort of thing will soon be indispensable to most businesses.

I have also been checking the custom GPT's out.
The templates are early days, and could get much better.

The integrations look good to pull current data in.

Do you need the Plus paid account for this?

You do need the paid account. But it's the best money one could spend. You can train your GPT on anything. It's literally as simply as dropping the data into the GPT. It can be Excel sheets, PDFs...whatever. And now you can query that data. And you can optimise the GPT by telling it how and why you will query the data. I struggle to think of a business that wouldn't benefit from using GPTs.

Amazing stuff….I can totally buy into this. It’s the Elon Musk robot roaming around my apartment that’s hard to swallow.
