Those people thinking that Law and Order is not destroyed in Democratic Party States and in Cities controlled by the Democrats - think again.
Under Demcoratic Party control if the Police arrfest a criminal - even for muredxer - he is let loose by the State or city within 24 hours without the need to pay bail and is back at work immediately. There is a set of rules that implies that criminals are not charged with for instance for shoplifting - so large gangs loot shops regularly with no consequences for the looters.
The fact is that the Police in States are under severe presssure and the norm is that vacncies remained unfilled because budget cuts had a detrimental efcfect on the fiorce - especially in States where criminals are free to attack Police Officers with no charges be laid against such attackers.
The citizens in California has limited choices. The cheapest one is to buy guns to ensure their own safety in their hmes. Those who can afford to migrate to safer States do so in their tens of thousandxs flee from Demcoratic States to Republican States. That is not all - some US ctizens from California fled to Acapulco because the cartels are lessdangerous than the local criminal gangs.
