Been working through other people's gym programs for the last year. 


I've found it to be a fun way to mix it up.


Anyone here a gym regular with a beast program they wanna share?


Drop me yours and I'll smash it for a month


Please no cardio heavy programs. It's unhealthy

Hey CC

You got any tips for extreme lifting?

My 12 year old niece is on about 35kg per arm now and wants to know how to break the 40kg barrier.

I'd help her, but it was just such a long time ago for me. 

Plus,  you have similar physiques so your advice would be very relevant.

Besides ... forced reps, super sets, drop sets, and giant sets aren't good for the skeletal structure of a young developing body

I hope you haven't encouraged her to follow your trend of drug induced training.

A good multivitamin should be all she needs at this stage.

Unfortunately, jacking off to Ronnie doesn't count as a workout in my world.

I'm not sure if a DVD can be worn out but I'm confident that you and "the Ron" are trying your best!
