I am sorry for you - but you apparently did not realize that in any democratic country the candidates needs a support base and Haley never had any.    She had newspaper support - but made a mess of some statements on the open border issue and the economy.   

She is not saying yet that she support Trump in the rest o the election campaign - but would be under pressure to do so or vanish from the political scene like Cheyne did.    If she support Trump campaigning for him would be expected from her.       

The media will have nothing  bar personal attacks to demonize Trump and that will not win the election for Biden in 2024.            

The Fed will drop interest rates, everybody’s borrowing costs will come down… .just in time for the election. Trump will blow the debates and we will all be wishing Haley was the candidate.

How many times do we have to hear that refrain,   If the voters fall that type of vote-buying  shit  they deserve to be punished.

While the demonrat pollsters put Biden 5 points ahead nationally it is interesting to note the betting odds put Trump 8 points ahead .

In the western world the  USA are the only one incapable to hold democratic elections without a high degree of voter fraud.   The ordinary US voters apparently realize it and in opinion polls they oppose voting without identification - yet the Democrats use it and refuse to implement suitable and legal requirements to register people as voters and allowing them to vote.   In an opinion poll in 2023 62% of the US  voters believe the 2020 election was fraudulent.

In the 2020 election circa 20 million unidentified mail-in ballots decide the election outcomes and there is no way the Democrats would not try to repeat what they did in 2020

I have never supported the open border policy, on the contrary I have always seen it as a real problem. But the biggest incentive for immigration is not the open border, it’s the availability of jobs Americans don’t want to fill because of handouts.

Handouts go up, jobs become available, illegal immigration rises. During COVID jobs dried up and immigration plunged.

But I have some empathy for immigrants seeking a better life for their families, no need to insult them.

In the emantime the reaction against the migrants come from the Blacks and Hispanics .and the fact is the Black and Hispanic vote was down in the primaries he primaries causing drop in support in for instance Michigan the support for Biden dropped by about  300 000 if  compared to the 2020 primary,  Part of that drop was due to Muslims voting for "not committed"  this year as well.   However - thee was an about  200 000 vote increase for Trump in the two primaries mentioned  -  part of it came from Hispanic and Black voters - bearing in mind the Haley vote a well.  that it off-set the Haley vote as well.   

By the way the same thing happened in Minnesota  so it seems to confirm that the Blacks in big   numbers did what they said they will do - namely not to vote at all and about 20% of the Blacks said they are strong supporters of Trump for a variety of reasons.     According to the most reason opinion poll Biden support in that community is down to 42% from the 57% it was in 2020.

I am sorry for people flooding into SA from the rest of Africa - but the local Blacks are not.   There are often attacks on illegal migrants in SA.    I had a chat with a Nigverian owner of two shops in the bsusiness area in Riversdale.   He said it is the est place in the world to live and opedrate businesses.   His children are in the nursery school near to my home  and they speak better afrikaans than I do.    In the same nursery and schools have  children from China as well - so we have Chinese children speaking Afcrikaans better than English.
