Has Schiff the right to spy on fellow House members who opposed his Fake Impeachment Enquiry?

Why was he phone records of opposition House members obtained by Schiff and then in respect of Rep Nunes  falsified and leaked to the press? 

Is that ethical conduct expected from HOR members?   I believe it is criminal abuse of power and totally unacceptable. 

I really wish the House will pass Impeachment resolution and pass it to the Senate for consideration.   The unfortunate part is that the Senate will not hear the case as it is a sham and no grounds for Impeachment has been established.   I hope it does not happen - it would cut the DP into pieces and the first witnesses to be called will be Schiff, the so-called whistleblower and the Biden's.    That would indeed be fun to watch.
