Flynn needs now to go on the offensive and sue the pants off these scumbags.

Trump should then make Flynn head of the FBI and Grenell Deputy Director.

Flynn knows where all the Obummer bodies are buried and Grenell is great at dealin g with corruption.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia ruled 2-1 Wednesday that a lower court must grant a request by the Department of Justice (DOJ) to drop its case against former National Security Adviser Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn (Ret.).

Flynn won his request for a writ of mandamus ordering Judge Emmet Sullivan to grant the DOJ’s motion last month.

The appeals court order states:

Upon consideration of the emergency petition for a writ of mandamus, the responses thereto, and the reply, the briefs of amici curiae in support of the parties, and the argument by counsel, it is ORDERED that Flynn’s petition for a writ of mandamus be granted in part; the District Court is directed to grant the government’s Rule 48(a) motion to dismiss; and the District Court’s order appointing an amicus is hereby vacated as moot, in accordance with the opinion of the court filed herein this date.

The appeals court judges in the case were: Karen Henderson, Robert Wilkins and Neomi Rao. Wilkins is a former President Obama appointee, Rao is a President Trump appointee, and Henderson is a former President George H.W. Bush appointee.

Rao states in her majority decision:

[T]his is plainly not the rare case where further judicial inquiry is warranted. To begin with, Flynn agrees with the government’s motion to dismiss, and there has been no allegation that the motion reflects prosecutorial harassment. Additionally, the government’s motion includes an extensive discussion of newly discovered evidence casting Flynn’s guilt into doubt.

Rao’s opinion also makes a constitutional point: “The circumstances of this case demonstrate that mandamus is appropriate to prevent the judicial usurpation of executive power.”

The order also prevents Judge Sullivan from hearing amicus curiae (“friend of the court”) briefs in the case. Sullivan had appointed retired Judge John Gleeson, who had criticized the Trump administration, to argue against dismissing the case.

The court did deny Flynn’s request to have the case reassigned from Sullivan to another judge.

The ruling by the appeals court is a major victory for Flynn and attorney Sidney Powell, and a defeat for Special Counsel Robert Mueller, former FBI Director James Comes, and “deep state” partisans who had sought to convict Flynn in their pursuit of false allegations of “Russian collusion” against President Donald Trump and his 2016 presidential campaign.

Flynn had pleaded guilty of lying to the FBI in 2017, though the FBI itself believed he had not done so. He was allegedly pressured to offer a guilty plea. The FBI was forced to reveal exculpatory evidence after Attorney General William Barr assigned U.S. Attorney Jeffrey Jensen to review irregularities in the case earlier this year.

Would have been nicer if Flynn won his entire thing. The court did not grant them the application to throw Sullivan off the case as well. Instead they ordered Sullivan to remain and dismiss. Don’t know which is worse for him. To be thrown off the case or to be told to stop his shit and do as he’s told. 

In addition he was also told to take his Gleeson idea and shove it.  

What a disgrace the justice department became under Obama, corrupt from top to bottom.

Justice at last for General Flynn.......trust his lawyer sues the pants off departments and individuals that bore false witness against him.

All the officials who set up the charges and threatened to go after Gen. Flynn's family should be jailed for being corrupt and entrapment.

Including Mr. "Lost It" Muller.

The problem was that Obama used the FBI and CIA to spy on political opponents and the Flynn manufactured case was just an specially problematic case for the Democrats.  Flynn knew where to look for the real situation in the corrupt  Obama Regime.  So the FBI and the White House composed a false 302 report and  that was used by Mueller to get Flynn charged with a crime he never committed.         

Problems just keep mounting for the demonrats and their ardent supporters like redshark and his very servile gimp redrook. Hahahahahahahahahaha

So glad for Flynn. Let's hope he gets a position in the Trump admin where he can have a full go at Hussein Obummer's rotten treasonous regime!

Folks that firing of the US Attorney for the SDNY is very significant.

A lot is going to happen between now and the election and the demonrats know it. Their marxist revolution attempt will fail but what next?

There were two things that showed  Obama up during his Presidency as a mafia style crook namely -

*    His capturing of the Justice Department to ensure that widespread corruption is covered up; and

*    Using the FBI and the CIA to spy on Americans.

The Democrats lost their moral compass and through the above is selling the USA out to the Communists,     When they organize riots by their street mobs and led by criminally minded leaders they will destroy the USA,   

I think Mueller is about as senile as Joe Biden. Weismann effectively ran the Mueller probe. Two sad, clueless old men and  that was before senility became apparent.

...and this was against a candidate they thought they'd easily beat.

These types of revelations about corruption in government and the media are exactly why I support Trump. 

If Rooi wasn't so busy fixatiing on Trump's personality he'd agree with me. Any person that is against corruption should agree. 

It's quite telling, how easily people are prepared to look the other way.

And to top it all, Trump has just had his 200th judge approved. That is all the vacant judges seats filled. All in his first term. 

A lot of those vacancies were left open by Obama ie vacancies that he failed to get filled in his last term. Granted, though, some of the vacancies was left open due to some clever manoeuvring by Mitch McConnel during Obama’s last term.

As soon as "The end" starts justifying "The means", you are looking for a way to justify being wrong/ doing wrong. There is no such thing as doing something wrong for the greater good/right reasons. Evil will always be evil.

Personally I think there is nothing the demonrats will not do to win. 

Biggest worry is voting fraud.

What will they try next. 

Intimidation of people on the way to vote  by the DP street mobs will cause problems in the election.   The Democrats have been using Communist methods thus far and will do the same in the upcoming election.   Expect some real problems at election time - they will cause the election to become illegitimate and then claim a win based on election fraud through v ote harvesting on a massive scale.

I can't see the majority voting demonrats but they will cheat like HELL.
