When a drug high Hunter Biden took his laptop to a repair shop in Delaware he failed to collect it in 2019 after repeatedly asked by the repair shop owner to come and collect it, The owner of the repair shop decided to sell the laptop to cover his repair costs, Before the sale was effected the owner made a copy of the hard drive and found a number of issues relating to criminal activities of Hunter Biden in dealing with the Chinese Communist Party, the Ayatollah Government in Iran and Biden's hot source of corrupt money - Ukraine.
The FBI is supposed to act on it when the Laptop was delivered to them by the Owner of the repair shop in December 2019 and instead of acting against the Biden crime family in their corrupt activities, The owner of the repairshop was expecting to be interviewed by the FBI on evidence of criminality on the laptop. When nothing happened for 9 months he delivered a copy of the hard drive to the New York Post When the Post asked the FBI about the Laptop they realized that the Biden election campaign was doomed so the CIA and FBI decided to -
* write a letter in which they claimed that the laptop was Russian disinformation and that letter was published in all the leftist media; and
* in their weekly meetings with the media "suggested" that the media do not publish laptop related issues and they censor it and the internet platforms ban all messages dealing with the laptop,
Within a year the situation developed where the FBI in Senate and House hearings had to admit that the laptop was NOT Russian Disinformation and in an opinion poll 17% of the voters indicated that if they knew about the laptop contents before the election they would never have supported Biden in the 2020 election.
However. the FBI decided take a number of steps regarding the Laptop. First of all they suspected fear that there were further copies of the Laptop available and those needed to be found and destroyed. They searched the homes and offices of a number of Trump associates and found nothing. The WH was worried about the issue and kept pestering the FBI to search Trump's home in Florida where he kept the documents he took with him when leaving the WH - since it could implicate Biden in criminal activities of himself and his druggie son could be used as a cover to commit crimes,
The FBI in 2023 was clearly worried about that issue - since they acted uncosntitutionally in not investigating the Biden crime family activities, One of the corrupt practices was to have Hunter Biden be appointed as a Board member of the Ukraine corrupt company Burisma - active in the oil and gas projects. Being his normal self being above the law in a recorded on video bragged how he had the Ukraine Proseutor invesigating the ultra-corrupt Burisma fired by the Ukraine Government by thretening to withhold US Aid to Ukraine if he was not fired before he left Ukraine six hours after he made he threat.
The man was fired and the case against Burisma vanished, The UK Government held $28 million in the UK used for corrupt activities in the UK by the company be unfrozen. When the Repulicans referred to the matter in the House the Biden supporting Democrats came with a lie that the Proscutor was fired on the insistence of EU countries, but it was a lie the UK Government and even Nuland - Assistant Secretary of State - praised the work the Prosecutor for the work on corruption done by him in the months before he Prosecutor inclusive of searching of home and office of the Burisma owner. In trying to justify their lack of action on the issue on investigating crimes mentioned on the Laptop - the FBI in the case of the Laptop became worried about what evidence Trump has in the documents taken by Trump when he left the WH. It became especially acute when Trump became involved as a potential candidate in the 2024 elction as it also exposed the FBI and Justice Department as being covering up criminal activities of the Biden's and similar corrupt activities of Pelosi and Schiff in Ukraine.
In August 2023 the FBI raided the home of Trump in Florida. In the home there was a special room with extremely strict admission to the secured strongroom - which on the suggestion of the Government security staff protecting Trump had two locks the one key being held by the Securty staff and the other by Trump's legal representaive,
So all in all there were zero chance of any unauthorised people getting anything from that room. The FBI took 32 boxes of documents with them. In each box there was a list of ducments in the box and the signed document declassifying all documents in each Box. The FBI was looking for all documents relating to the Biden criminal activities - the other being a file dealing with the FBI own illegal operaion to start the famous Russian Hoax in 2016 by getting the so-called Five Eyes project comprising the USA, Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand to spy on Trump and his Associates. The latter file they could not find at the Mar-El Lago home of Trump. In the USA they used the Steele Dossier to get permission to spy on Trump and all people invovled in the election in 2016. The FBI made another flaw also by banning the Trump legal rep to see what activiies they were involved in his home - knowing full well that none of the family were in Florida the day they carried out the raid,
The FBI also handed out a phtoto that they claimed found at Mar-el-Lago in particular a photo of classified documents lying on the floor in the secured room. It came out during the trial based on charges laid by Special Council Smith that the photo was not taken during he raid - but was a fake photo the FBI took elesewhere. Bad news that one for the site idiots who placed the photo on this site. The defense then asked the court permssion to inspect all docuents taken by the the FBI in their raid.
THe FBI then was forced to return the boxes for inspecion by the Defense and sent back 21 boxes - with many of the boxes not including docments listed on the contents of each box. The Judge gave the FBI three weeks to submit the remaining docuements for inspection and when that did not happen the Judge postponed the trial indefinitely.
However the above was just an indication of how the FBI tried to get at Trump and protect Biden. When through the years in questioning the FBI in the Senate and House they claimed that the investigation of he Hunter Biden laptop is proceeding and they cannot answer questions about it. In House meetings the FBI was asked in 2023 Wray claimed that they referred the laptop to Weiss - the Special Council dealing with the Hunter Biden linvestigation. However, whistleblowers under oath in the House and Senate claimed that no investgation of the laptop was ever done by the FBI.
What was found in the House investigation further revealed that Biden registered at least 25 shelf companies and that bribes was paid into the bank ccounts of the relevant companies by foreign parners of the Bidens from where it was then paid into bank accounts of Biden family members. Fearing money laundering the banks sent the FBI reports on the transactions and pointing out the FBI that the money transfers entail money laundering. Since the bank report and financial statements of the Bank - the House forced the FBI to submit the official records of the banks and their investigations on the issue. It entails at least $40 million in criminal transactions,
In the case of at least two transactions it involved payments from the shelf companies to pay Joe Biden's brother who received the money and used byhis money to repay a loan f=grated t him by Joe himself - which the Demcorats claimed they were loan repayments - but their were zero evidene that Joe actually loaned money to his brother or in fact any other Biden family members.
As to meetings between Hunter's business partners with Biden the Demcoats claims that the meetings lasting hours entailed discussion of weather issues and family matters. When Durham investigated the origin of the Russian Hoax he found that the whole role of the FBI and CIA indicate criminality - but he could charge the FBI and FBI would take years to finalize. So he laid charges against Sussman and Danchenko instead. Those court hearings exposed the role of the FBI and CIA in undermining the US Constitution. What made it worse is that obvious criminal activities by the Biden crime family was not investigated by the FBI.
The Special Council already laid two charges against Hunter Biden and is preparing a further charge on a third issue;-
* The first charge was about contrravention of fire arms laws of which Hunter Biden was already found guilty of by the Jury. In that trial much of the evidence came from the Russian Disinofrmation Hunter Biden Laptop - which indicates that the Disinformation BS was disregarded.
* The second charge relates to contravention of the IRS legislation because he did not submit tax returns on income from the backhanders stemming from foreign companies - this is serving before a California Court.
* The third charge entails the failure of Hunter to register as a agent for foreign countries and busineeses as a Consultant. It is in this charge where the activities would come from the Hunter Biden laptop and where Joe Biden's involvement in criminal activities would be exposed.
So while the supporters of Biden claimed thatTrump is guilty of alleged crimes where law contraventions were not dealt with at all - the real criminals are the Biden crime family where specific laws were contravened.
In brief the Biden's are in deep shit and being exposed on actual bribery and corruption charges that will ultimately hit the Biden's hard. Joe Biden will never be charged as decline in cognitive issues became more and more evident - especially during the last six months and his decline became more evident as exposure of Biden himself in criminal activities became more evident. If Biden goes there are two other crime families that will follow and those are the Pelosi and Schiff crime families especially in Ukraine.
The other cases would involve the charging of top leadership of the FBI in covering up crimes they were supposed to investigate. They can also land in jail - but the more likely action would be to fire all the FBI and CIA leadership and appoint really honest people in those positions that would concentrate on acting against all criminality and is loyal to the USA Constituion. .
