For instance Biden said there were five policemen killed by the insurtionists - the name of only one police officer was released and the security cameras showed him alive and unharrmed after the demonstrators left the Capitol. The Pelosi Committee investigated the incident made a judicial farce of the investigation and so did the Justice Department under Biden. Theyarrested over 1 100 people resulting from the "insurrection" and the system charges were supposed to be laid. None of the srreted pople wer charged ith the murder of the five policemen. The system used by the FBI and the Washington Police was to threaten the srrestees that unless they admitted guilt of the charges drawn up by the Justice Department - they woud be kept jail by the Police and the Justice Department ruled that they will not be allowed bail.
In the end about 750 prisoners admitte huilt and the Judge ten senenced them - there are circa 400 arrestees who refused toa dmit guilt and is still held illegally in prison since they refused to admit guilt.

Two cases in particular was the conduct of the FBI on the issue, The one as the case of he Chief agitator inciting people to enter the Capitol was nevr carged relating to the incident and the Pelosi Committee lied about him when they claimed that he enver entered the Capitol and was never charged "because he never entered the Capitol". The security cameras showed him inside he Capitol. Tha embarrassed the Justice Department and they charged hm with trespassing in the Captl for which eh admitted guilt and was found guilty and sentenced to 3 months "community service" fo trespassin in the Capitol.
The second was the famous case of the individual who carried a hangman's noose to ahng Pence that was shown on hundreds of tV news cases and he was never chaged wth anything.
The FBI in the House hearings leading to the report of the House it was revealed that the charge laid to which people had to admit guilt was a farce as well. The Spreme Court ruled that the charges was deficient since factual proof of what the arrestees did was totally absent from the charges. If any peson is charged his conduct in the case of te charges must be proved and there was none. Threatening people to keep them jail and not allowed bail on political level is unheard of in US history.
