Whilst guilty or not, some issues have been used as a stick for a long time now, to hit her with and also question her experience and comptence to lead or manage people from a senior position.
One has to say though, with one incident in particular..... when your own office argues in court to extend the incarceration of non-violent criminals, to maintain the states labour force, it really doesn't sit too well with the people, when you come out later, because it has now been made public knowledge, and then say you knew absolutely nothing about it... especially when it was mandated by a federal court order.
