Is the bible truth or the biggest con in life...it has more to say on integrity than anything else I've every read or heard.

To me, integrity starts with only saying things that you are prepared to stand by.

Then defend your words if they're correct or be man enough to change your mind if you're wrong.

That second part is were everybody seems to struggle.

The key, I think, is to make a habit of wanting your mind to be changed. That way new information is welcomed rather than derided.

Religion is a man-made entity. 
There may well be an afterlife- but unlikely that the Muslims were right, the Christians were right or the Judists etc.
To believe that only one faith would go to heaven (if it existed) is absurd, and backward.  A kaffer means non-believer.
