in the WS J story that a swarm of unknown drones were hanging around an American army base for 17 days?

I believe it is true and the question remains  about who is responsble for the exercise/   China or Iran is probably responsible and what was the object with the usage of the drones,    

It is a fact that he world is stumblimg into WW3 and the Biden Administration is doing  nothing to settle prolems through negotiation and in fact promoting conflicts,    So if Harris become  Presidrnt  WW3 will be near to a certainty.   The famous balloon icident comes to mind as well .  The balolon hovered over US Bases and send ddetailed photos back to the USA.   The US presidency refuse to act against te balloon and was eventiually shot down after it had crossed over the USA/       .       .
