Is trheir a new virus being dev eloped in a laboratory in Boston?

I saw that scientists has developed a new virus from the Omricon variant that is 90% sure to kill everyuone who gets infected.   If that is indeed true one wonders why lunacy has taken over scientific research in the USA.   

I am sure that if it is true the scientists invovled should be charged with a string of charges that will lead to the death penalty for every one of them.   After all - those people whom the gods wish to destroy they drive mad and what is the case here it is indeed madness.     

Well if the story is true and this virus sticks to the North East area of the USA it could resolve a ton of issues.
