Is Vladimir Putin right to think he’s winning in the war against Ukraine?

Vladimir Putin says more than 600,000 Russian soldiers are in Ukraine, almost twice the number he started the war with. His “freeloading” adversary will soon run out of Western support. And in a sign of his growing confidence at his traditional end-of-year press conference, he insists that Ukraine’s forces have “failed everywhere” in their counter-offensive. But as the snow starts to fill trenches at the end of a second year of fighting he initially expected to be over in days, is he right?

Nope is the short answer. But from him his perspective its an image he absolutely has to project to the Russian people.

This man has single-handedly caused more than half a million injuries and deaths. Every country leader who treats him with respect is complicit as well.

The fact is that unfortunately in my opinion he is right.  Russia has occupied  circa 20% of Ukraine territory and Ukraine has not got a functional army anymore - the average age of soldiers is 43 years,  A whole generation of males from 18 to 40 has thus far been wiped out.  The fact is that places  being attacked by the Russians are abandoned by retreating Ukraine troops.   

In the meantime Zelenskyy was in Washibgton,   In an address to the  Senators he demandxed that an amount of $69 billion be approved by the Senate.  According to one Republcian Senator Zlenskyy is not in a position to demand anything - he should have pleaded for the funding,   He then had a meeting with the Speaker of the Housse amd the Speaker made it clear to him that before any further aid  is considerd the Preident must first approve legislation that effectivly would close the Mexican border.

 Zelsenskyy got $400 million in weaponry aid be supplied - nothing else.   That is not enough to leave the Ukraine with a situation where  the Regime in Kiev will collapse.    Neither  Euro 54 bilion promised by the Germans are also failing to materialize for the moment bcause ithat would mean exceeding by Germany of the Constitutional limit of their budget.   It is still unclear whether and when any money would be forthcoming from Germany,   

The fact is that without the money being approved and passed  over to Ukraine the regime in Ukraine will collapse.  I sad unfortunately that the Russians will advance and conquer Odessa and Kharkov.  and then sealed the new border and Ukraine would lose 30% o f its territory - as well as access to the Black Sea.

I said unfcortuntely because the War should never have happened if the USA did not scupper Peacmaking efforts and force the Ukraine into a proxy War fought on behalf of the USA against Russia.   Ukraine would have retained the 2015 border of the country and would not have lost territory in the process,    F alse victory promises by the USA was farcical.

So now they will lose 30% of their territory and they would never get it back.

Warfmo/ngering  US Presidents lose the respect of the US people. and Bush Junior and Biden are typical examples of that,  Biden promised the Ukraine Government that in event of a war the USA and EU countries would provide aid to Ukraine and the Russian army is backward and the Putin regime in Moscow would fall.

The exasct oppsoite happened. and Biden is the one with  37% support in the USA and that the USA voters are not in favor of any further funding for Ukraine  is 38% and the support for the economy is 36%.   The rest of the major problems the support is down to 32%..    Biden is extremely unlikey to survicve as President and the Democrats will lose control of the Senate. so the financial supprt for the w ar is bound to disappear.   

The USA wanted the war and got it - now they are runmning away from it with their tail between their legs.

 Sure  - the genocide is on the hands  of the USA who caused and funded the war based on corruption and crazy ideas that caused the proxy war in the first instance - eg the Ukrainians will win the war and the Putin Government will collapse - allowing the USA to instal another puppet Government in Moascow - same as they did in 2014 in Ukraine.

Forget it - there is no sovereign Government in Ukraine.  There is  a proxy government governing Ukraine on the basis of instructions from Washington. The whole military camaign of Ukraine was planned in Washington and the idiots involved made the same mistakes their predecessors in Vietnam, Afghanistan and Iraq made.    

 That is why the funding by the USA  of the war is drying  up. The corrupt idiots in both Ukraie and in Washington will be losing out. as a result.in the end.   This si not the first war the UJS Government caused - it will not be the lat either.              .
