Jan. 6 rioter convicted after creating a ‘kill list’ of FBI agents who investigated him

Aconvicted Jan. 6 rioter from Tennessee was found guilty Wednesday in a separate criminal case for his plan to murder federal law enforcement agents who investigated his role in the Capitol attack, according to the Justice Department.

Edward Kelley, 35, of Maryville, Tennessee, developed a “kill list” of FBI agents and other federal employees who investigated his role in the Capitol attack, federal prosecutors said. Edwards distributed that list – along with video images of FBI employees named on the list – to a co-conspirator as part of his “mission," prosecutors said. They added that he planned attacks on the Knoxville FBI Field Office with car bombs and incendiary devices attached to drones.

A jury convicted him Wednesday in federal court of conspiracy to murder federal employees, solicitation to commit a crime of violence, and influencing a federal official by threat. The verdict comes about two weeks after he was convicted of assaulting a police officer during the Capitol insurrection and other felony charges related to the attack, the Washington Post reported.

Kelley is scheduled to be sentenced on May 7 and faces up to life in prison when he's sentenced.

I understand his frustration with the FBI. The guy should just have waited for Trump and Gaetz etc to get into power. 

We are going to see the FBI gutted. Many corrupt agents fired. The FBI is corrupt and anti American. Many of them will hopefully end up in jail, especially Director Wray

Wray is preparing to leave the FBI and informtion is out that he and is fellow criminals are desperately trying to destroy tens of thousands of documents  - which in itself is a criminal offene.

By the way the guy was in jail when he committed the allegd offense.   The crooked system works the folowing way.   The arresttess were denied medical treatment and isolated.  They were then intimidated by telling them they will remain in jail until they sign an admission of guilt plea drawn up by the Justice Department and when they signed the document and appear in Court the DA concerned will not have to prove the guilt of the person - they submit the admission of guilt and sentence is passed.   Most of the cases the sntence converd only the period they were ilegally held in jail and they are thnn released.    

There are still about 400 people held in jail and in the end the matter was referred to the Supreme Court and the Justice Department was instructed to change the system and take the prisoners to court on real and not fake charges,     So far nothing was done and it is clear that Trump would release them the day he is sworne in.

As per normal the conduct of the Justice Department and FBI is despicable and unconstittional,  Wht wil happen is that the Justice Department and FBI - as well as the CIA will be cleaned up from top to bottom to ensure the real constitutional justice system is restored,

By the way the lawyers are preparing like hawks to prepare billions in claims from the State for damages they suffered as a result of unlawful incarceration.   The claims would probably be paid by the people who abused the US Cnstitution - but in the end the taxpayers will have to pay for th sins of corruption and dishonesty in Government.   I see another 1100  multi-millionaires in the USA after that fiasco.

The integrity of the FBI has been blown to pieces... so it would not surprise me in the slighttest if actual evidence came out that they were corrupt, because I believe they are.

I base my comments on the truth and on court cases as well.   I alo lok at te oficial House reprt n the incident where Wray lied to the House under oath.    He was supposed to have the Hunter Biden laptop investigaed and lied about that as well.   The FBI was caught out when they raided Tumps home to collect boxes of  documents and then got to photo taken that turned out to be fakes set up bythe FBI and site idiots showed those photos  on site a well.   When it came out the photos were fakes the Judge hearing the case was not amused.

She then as is ormal in courts of law instructed the FBI to return all the docments they took from Trump's home for isnpection by his legal team.   After ignoring the original court order - the Judge gave them a final order and stated that if if it is not complied with she will charge oth Smith and the FBI of undermining the court.   

At the time of the raid the FBI took 32 boxes of ducuments each with a summary sheet detailing all documents in the box nd signed by Trump - as he a legally eniled to do to declassify all the documents in he Box.    So the FBI took back 21 of he 32 boxes amd even from those 21 documents were missing.   

The Judge realizing she was dealing with people involved in criminality and  threw out the case and amongst others stated that Smth's appointment was illegal.   Smith then got half of the missing boxes returned to the court and promised he would ensure that the rest of he documents will be available when the case is being heard,   It never got to that stage - he withdrew his applicaion to appeal the court ruling and the missing boxes are still missing.

 Smih is now preparing to leave his job and after his  escapades after hsi appontmet  as Special Council and will find it hard to get clients in future - he was not only dishonest - he was also incompetent,

Listen doos - if anybody committed the crimes he FBI did I would also do the same and not only threaen do do it but plan how to kil the bastards who lie to courts and to the legislative authorities.

The BS was always present and to keep people in jail for four years is what to be expected from a banana republic dictatorship - not from the USA.   Bit that is not what in real life happen to te bastars involved, they will be fired if they do not resign and  will face cliams for damages running into billions of dollars for human rights abuses  and they will end up in jail for real reasos and not for BS but bei g  partners in crime the FBI became.  .

Lies to the Senate and House under oath is a serious crime on its own and Wray and others lied to them on many occasions and they will inevtably siffer for it,

I saw a photo of Wray yesterday and he looked both puzzled and afraid of what is coming is way and I hope he gets the full ten years term associated with lying under oath.    If he ends up in prison as past head of he FBI he would be dead in less than a month.   He obviously knew what was coming and looked already like he is under threat of being prosecuted for crimes against the US Constitution.   

The man is really 100% shit with a human face,   His type should actualy stay in jail for the rest of his life - which under he cirscumstances won't be for a long time.

What he and his fellow criminals did to hundreds of thousands of innocnt people is indeed not only illegal - but represents a betrayal of human rights of the effected people.   Biden is suffering from dementia and as Special Council Hur said unfit to stand trial,   So e may not be in jail - but hsi wife will soon sent him to an asylunm for the mentally impaired  where hopefully he would ge better treatment than he caused to be done to hundred of housands other innocent people.

May Wray be sent to jail where he really belongs.

I am referring to everything that has happened within the FBI in the last 3 - 4 years, and nothing at all to do with what is being discussed here.

Trump will start looking very closely into what happened within the FBI when he was away from office and I would not be surprised at all if he finds regular and reckless corrupt behaviour.

The huge amount of whistleblowers that have already testified from within the FBI over the last 24 months is already testament to that..... wake up.
