The one is that since there are two territory issues here that is probably going to be a key issue that is going to be resolved here, The first one is whether Ukraine will lose some territory a resut of a peace settlement and the issue is that in 2014 after the cour a civil wa broke out and part of the rebe held area was never governed from Kiev since then. Since the 2022 invasion Ukraine lost conmtrol og 20% of its terrotiry st present occupi by Russian Forces. Of the 20% Ukraine is likely to lose control of about 15 % of the occupied territory and get back 85% of the lost territory they lost since 2022. Part of the Donetsk and Lusanka areas an a strip of land along the borders of Russia will entail that 15% loss, while the Crimea was never an issue at the Minsk ageement in 2015, It is not and never was part of he 2015 Minsk agreement and will remain part of Russia remaisn part of Russia after the 2014 referendum.
