The fines are based on a maximum of $250 000 per charge and Hunter Biden was found guilty on all three charges he was charged with.
What was more serious was the fact that a week after purchase the revolver was dumped in a municipal waste bin and the serial number was checked and found to be bought by Hunter. Dangerous - since if it was found by a criminal it could ahve been used for murder of other serious crimes.
The charges were laid earlier and that was followed by his lawyers, the Justice Department and the WH lawyers concocted a guilty plea that provided for -
* no real fine or jail time for Hunter and only a slap on he hand and aiming not to repeat another similar crime; and
* immunity from investigation of any future crimes committed by Hunter - something that never happened in the case of any guilty plea in the history of the USA.
A woman - part of the Biden legal team - phoned the judge and pretended she was from the Justice Department instructing the Judge not to allow usage of evidence from the Hunter Biden Laptop to be used in considering the case of the guilty plea as well as any future criminal investigation.
Fortunately the Judge then found out where the call originated from - she got miffed and after asking Special Council Weiss whether he is investigating further charges against Hunter and the answer was "Yes" - he was investigating Hunter for being a foreign agent acting in promoting foreign business interests of countries and companies without being registered in terms of the Law aimed at preventing criminal conduct to do so in the USA.
Weiss is delaying charging him with that one until after the election. That trial would expose Joe Biden as the leader of the criminal gang operated by Joe Biden - who decided on appliations made by companies from China, Iran and Ukraine - as well as 8 other countries where application was made to buy or operate such interests in the USA, In this regard it must be borne in mind that Hunter' addiction to drugs is known by everybody - he was and is in contact with to arrange business deals based on using his father's postion to ensure there purhase of companies are approved - in other words he was influence peddling and got millions in payments for the Biden crime family. One example - a Chinese "company" owned by the Chinese Government in fact bought an armamnets factory in Michigan - the first thing they did when the sale went through was to send secret designs of what they produce to the Chinese Government.
So how did the Biden's operate? Joe created circa 25 shelf companies not operating any business activities - but having bank accounts and the bribes was paid into the bank account operated by the Biden's from where it was distributed to Biden family members. There was a problem though - the banks was suspicious about what happened and sent reports on money laundering to the FBI - who refused to investigate the cases involving circa $40 million. That came out during a House investigation on Hunter's "bussiness activities" controlled by Joe Biden.
The leftist media became aware of what was happening but censor reports on it - so our members supporting the leftist criminal regime are totally ignorant as to what actual happened in the corrupt situation Biden introduced when he as VP and continued unabated after he became President. For instance when Joe went to foreign countries like Khashastan and China Hunter would be on the plane he travelled on and then aside of official meetings Joe and Hunter met the corrupt companies. The Democrats claimed Joe was not involved with the Hunter engotiations - but that is also BS.
The Democrats tried to protect Joe Biden when he met himself the Hunter Biden corrupt company representaives/partners for hours in the WH and luxury restaurants in Washington claiming that Joe Biden did not discuss Hunter's business issues at such meetings and lunches - but for hours discused the weather and family issues with the company representatives. Unbelievable BS.
Friom watching some leftist TV stations there seems to be a move afoot in the Democratic Party to replace Joe Biden and Harris with somebody else at the Democratic Party candidate nomination Congress in Chicago. To counter any possible move like that the Congress was arranged to happen after the closing date of submission of nominees by the Parties in Ohio. That left the issue in a problem situation - ie in terms of the Ohio Election law approved when the State was run by the Democrats Joe Biden's name would not be on the ballot in Ohio if a nomination wss not made before that date. The DNC then went ahead and nominate Biden before the Demoratic Party Congress date as the official candidate of the Demcorats in Ohio - effectively meaning that the countrywide nomination was done by the DNC and not the Democratic Party nominating Congress. .
So the Demcorats did not leave the Joe Biden nomination to the elective Congress but made it in advance to prevent a change made at the conference by the electors - viva the Banana Republic dictatorship in Washington viva. .
