Justice has ruled: Trump accused of conspiracy

Republican presidential candidate, Donald Trump, has endured another legal setback after being prosecuted in the Capitol assault case.

Jack Smith is maintaining the four charges against Mr. Trump, including conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, but has reduced some allegations relating to his plans to subvert the election.

Jack Smith was appointed by the Biden Administration and his appointment was illegal on multple grounds iro of he documents case - when it became clear that the appointment as illegal and should have been approved by Congress together with the budget needed for the appointment.

After disobeying the court order about provision of documents seized by the FBI - the Judge got annoyed and when it was found hat the FBI spread lies about the documents and two fake photo's of what was found,  ordered the appointment of Smith to be unconstitutional and whatever charges  he came up will not be entertained by the courts/

The Biden BSters have  two options they can appeal the ruling as to illegality of the Florida Judge ruling or alenaticvely they can apply for approval by Congress to appoint Smith as special council.   Until that is cleared up Jack Smith is a priate citizen and not a Special Council/.  .

Until that is done Smith has no standing as to laying of charges on anythg  and it will end in nothing.     The Biden Asdministration becme totally unconstitutional in its actionsa and ignored  laws passed in the past and did it by llega; mandates of Biden himself - so the mess is becoming more incredible with everything they do.   That udermined the US Constitution and represents an attack on democracy by the Biden Regime.   And now we have Mdame Mugabe Harris as presidential candidate and not the clueless Biden - the problem is she is even more  clueless than her boss.

As to  being a conmvicted felon - that term is simple BS.  He can becme one if  the judge cnvicted him of the fake charges laid against him - but only once all appeals have failed and there is zero chance f that happeming/
