The fighting is continuing in winter - unlike last year. In hindsight, not fighting last winter was a major blunder by Ukraine, as it has given Russia ample time to plant the mines - and perhaps record a safe way to navigate through themselves safely when attacking
I don't understand how Russia is attacking if there are landmines between each side. Unless there are certain places with no mines, and the Russians have a digital map. Or perhaps they remove mines from an area before attacking down that line
It might just be better to let Russia attack to identify the mine-free areas, and then counterattack on the same line.
Watch their initial attack lines with satellites or something akin.
On a separate note, i t appears that the frozen Russian Assets around the world are going to be given to Ukraine
