People are fleeing from California in  hundreds of thousands and they even settle in Mexico being an improvement and safer than living in  California.    Proof - reduction of number of house seats from 55 to 52 in the recent election and there is an acute shortage of homes of suitable nature in Acapulco because of Californians moving in.    Must be bad if the cartels is better to live with than the Newman Democrats.             

So in the USA all 50 states have laws that require a person to be at least 18 to receive a tattoo.

Yet they may choose to transition under the age of 18.

They target children of specific age groups, during key developmental cycles. That's the best way to indoctrinate them, when they are most vulnerable. The only obstacle is a real parent. So, the law depowers the parent, so they can operate with impunity. It has been well established now that LGBT is a collection of perverse proclivities, not lifestyles. They are no closer to being lifestyles than cannibalism, stamp collection etc.
