Attorney Robert Barnes is representing a number of soldiers who have filed a case in court against the D.O.D and the FDA alleging they are knowingly misrepresenting the truth and breaking the law. There is no FDA approved "vaccine" in the United States, yet the government is mandating a product that has Emergency Use Authorization only. Legally, Pfizer's Cominarti and the currently available BioNTech product they are injecting into people are not the same thing under the law, despite all misleading claims to the contrary.
