Corruption used to be a simple matter. It took to define a noble state and a vile state. The shift from the noble state to the vile state is what was termed corruption. Now since the appearance of liberalism, the lines between what could be defined as a noble state or a vile state have been blurred, making it harder to speak of corruption. And this, from the very beginning, liberal countries declared not being held as a slave an inalienable right to human beings yet liberal nations had slaves. This made hard to define a noble or vile state.
Now Trump is talented and is managed to deliver a clear cut situation of corruption. Of course, it is now beyond liberals to admit it is the case, they want to maintain the fallacy they can take any shot, that they prosecute anything or whatever. The corruption is so deep it is beyond their reach. It is a heavy case of institutional corruption; Trump has perverted the regular way institutions are expected to work.
The one, big, great, beautiful bill is supposed to be general law determined by the legislature, even if set by the initiative of the executives. It was revealed that Trump has bought votes from senators or whatever with the promises of off setting consequences senators did not like with presidential decrees. Senators traded the consent of the governed while they took measures they knew as hostile to the general public. In this peculiar case, it is easy to define what the noble state is and what the vile state is.
A clear cut of corruption that liberals can not denounce as it is too big for them, they can not face the magnitude of the corruption. It was checked, liberals are aware of the corruption but they can not go public about it.
Obviously, if the presidential decrees come to life, it makes things worse for liberals. Liberalism is collapsing from within, Trump is destroying everything. Liberals who have kept claiming that their success come from political and economical tenets are toasted. The act is over.
