Kelly is a well known brand and politically moderate to get more votes from indepdendents, and sneak a few conservative ones. Could also help Democrats win Arizona, as well as being a more competitve ticket in purple states.
The difference is stark - Kelly made his name shit when he supported he Open Boder Policy - and everything else Biden came up with. He is not goig to bring any votes to anybody. Vance is in liaison with the biggest trade union in the USA and he is briliant academically. He is on thin ice already and liaison with the ulra-leftist Harris.

* Inflation has been between 28 and 30% over the last three years while the income of wiirers hae increeas by less than 10% - leaving 60% of the people in the middle and wrker clas ina desperate situaation. It makes people struggle to buy enough food and in geneal thir stadard of lving of 60% of the voters suffer badly as a result. Biden claim it is the strongest economy in the world - but ti is not, It can only be if he people benefit from it - but only the rich benefit, That is why the younger voters of all races are not going to vote for the Democrats. As one Black women describe it - when Trump was President when I went to the shop to spent $100 I foun it difficult to cary 4 bags to the car - now it is ony two bags I have to carry, That is why 72% of the voters sid in opinion polls that Biden's economic policies were disastrous for them and also in a pol claim that Biden failed as presdent. The Government brought out stats that the inflation rate is down/ However, the voters do not believe it is.
The second issue of importance relates to Biden's Open Border policy. It has nothing to do with what is actually happening and everything to do with ideoogy. The working class population see that as a threat to them as the ideal is not what counts - the fact is that the Govenment spent billions a month on providing Housing and and subsistnce costs to the migrants - who the Blacks and Hispanics regard as a direct threat to their jobs and subsistence, They claimed they were better off fiancially when Trump was President. Aside there were very poor management of the system. Amongst the millions of illegals were criminals and terrorists and in cities with major crime problems - which are never dealt with by the leftwing media. 62% of the voters regard this as a major problem and .a threat to themselves and wants the migrants coming from all over the world sent back to the countries they came from. In the meantime the situation is that US workers are being fired by employees and migrants are appointed to do manual work at much lower wages than the Unions got for the workers. That is why the biggest trade Union - the Teamsters - for the frist time ever sent their leader to address the Republican Convention in Milwaukee.
The third issue of importance to everybody is the dangerous crime issue. Crime issues became prominent early in the Biden Regime and is not acceptable to ordinary situation. In the first instance the Democrats launched an attack on the Police and the demand was to eliminate he policing system and it was done by reducing funding to the Police and the situation developed .where the functioning of he Police was reduced drastically and crime rises ncrease massively in already crime fihting by he Police is undermined. There are other issues well and that is the conduct of he Democratic Party DA's that s not based on crime-fightng at all. They relate to emptying out prisoners - but also on charging of criminals with offenses. The DA's compiled lists of crimes for which criminals ar not to be charged with and those include splifitng and home break-ins wherelss than $900 is involved -the list of crimes not to be charged are ver 90 crimes, When criminals are arresed by the Polce they are set free within 24 hours without paying bail and they continue their crime sprees. The situation is so bad that the Police are demoralized and it an take hours for them to react to crime reports. In desperation te FBI relased reports that crime is down i cities as part of the eelcion stategy - but the people see it as propagada BS in the election.
The only thing the media try - not very successfully - is to turn the issue into an issue of the leadership of Parties and the present propaganda is al based on attacks on Trump and Vance - which is also in evidence on this site. They found Biden unsellable and now they screama are about Harris is better than Trump - while she has been a failure as VP. Now suddenly after calling her the Border Tzar for years, where she did nothing - she was and is not the Border Tzar anymore and she is going to solve the open border problems. She did nthing in the past and she wil do nothing in future.
Like Biden she is bound by the ultra-left ideologies of the Democratic Party contolled by their funders. Effectively they took over control of te DP and whatever they decide will determine wat he DP did under Biden and nothing will change under Harris. . .
