Both of the two "Rpublican Party" reps were not members of he RP at the time of their appointment and has been kicked out of he Party,
So the objective of the Committee was to prevent Trump from being a candidate in fuure elections by claiming he "organized an insurection" by peole who trespassed on the Capitol property, The insurrecion by 1 100 unarmed people was BS supreme - it was just a farcical allegation.
