Massive backfire!! Lawyer: Newest Indictment Gives Trump Legal Power That He Never Had Before

What a monumental blunder Smith has just made. The man is a nut job and a loose cannon. He has brought about a scenario which is a nightmare for all demonrats and globalist Uni-party RINOS.

Those who have followed this issues know there was massive fraud.

Former President Donald Trump attorney John Lauro sees at least one silver lining in the Department of Justice’s latest indictment of his client: Trump will get to litigate why he believes the 2020 presidential election was fraudulent.

“In 2020 Mr. Trump’s campaign had a few weeks to gear up and present evidence, and it was very difficult,” Lauro told Fox News host Bret Baier Tuesday night after special counsel Jack Smith announced the 45th president was being indicted in relation to his questioning of the integrity of the 2020 election.

“We now have the ability in this case to issue our own subpoenas, and we will re-litigate every single issue in the 2020 election in the context of this litigation,” Lauro added. “It gives President Trump an opportunity that he has never had before, which is to have subpoena power since January 6 in a way that can be exercised in federal court.”

Bwahahahahahhahahahahahahaha

Massive backfire

The Biden Justice Department is making a mockery of justice in the USA.    Take for example the plea bargain by Hunter that the Judge threw out.    In terms of the plea bargain all investigartions of Biden and his sone will cease and the string of those are very long.    The Judge office got a call from Hunter's lawyers pretending that she was from the Justice Department that the details of the report of the Justice Department.     It might have been a concoction agreed upon by the Department and Hunters lawyers - but the Judge found out about the effort and that the female lawyer making the call was working  for Hunter's lawyers.  The judge was not amused by it and next asked the DA of Delaware whether there are other crimes of Hunter that is being  investigated and he said this - they are looking at his registration of a foreign agent as required by law.   

Hunter's lawyers got him to plead not guilty to the plea agreement arrangement - but the plea agreement did not provide for any specific charges.   When they do that of type of thing  it means that the charge must be laid before a Grand Jury before they can popceed and that was not done in the plea agreement case.   As it is the idiots - assisted by the Justice D epartment fucked up royally.   

Now lets get to the Special Council appointed by Garland to investigate the Trump issue.   He came out with evidence that Trump discussed the plans to contain Iran attacks with Saudi representatives as an example of how documents were treated by Trump.   When Trump's lawyers asked for a document he used to support the case - he could not find he document concerned.     Anyway there were major breaches of the election laws in some key states and those will come out in a court case.    

Because the object of the exercise of the case is purely a political witch hunt the Judge appointed by the Justice Department will fuck up the case royally and the matter would be taken on appeal.   In the meantime Garland is landing himself in ever-deepening shit.   The foul-ups he made is going to land him in an Impeachment charge - same as Biden whose criminality is going to be exposed.    By the way there is another lawyer Goldman - who is a member of the House (New York - district 10) - who claimed that when speaking on the phone with people Hunter used for corruption they were only discussing  the weather.     It is the same Goldman that will face an enquiry into who leaked the telephone information on house members when  he was involved in the Trump Impeachment farce.   Goldman is an idiot - how somebody like him can be a lawyer is amazing. 

The gonna trump up charges against Trump to block him in the next election....yankee doodle.
