Obama made the promise on August 7, 2007, November 15, 2007, December 13, 2007, January 21, 2008, and February 26, 2008.
But Hussein Obummer being a Globalist sell out his plan was to weaken American wherever possible. Hence he doubled the US debt form roughly 10 to 20 trillion, regulated the hell out of commerce and industry, refused to use US energy, entered into Globalist BS Climate change treaty, Spent trillions in the ME and of course paid 150 billion dollars to the mad mullahs of Iran. Of course he would never do anything to cut taxes, get vast amounts of money repatriated or fight any unfair trade practices by other countries.Then one could list all the political scandals!!!
