where did you come onto "The Belgium parliament is dominated by Muslims"?

I  saw what AJH write and saw what the present situation in Belgium is,  What I did say is that if the Parliament is dominated by Muslims the Flemish will walk out of what is Belgium.   That is not meaning that it will not happen for other reasons as well - Belgium is in fact near to ungovernable already because of Flemish refusal to participate in any present coalition Government and at present they di have a minority government in charge,

Om 2014 already there was problems of the following is borne in mind:- 

"The N-VA, in Belgium's more populous and wealthier north, took more than 20 percent of the popular vote, making it the strongest single power in the country. In the past, its advocacy of secession had made other parties eschew the influential N-VA as a political partner, helping to explain the country's difficulties forging coalition governments."

"In December 2018, the government collapsed following internal disagreements over the handling of the Global Compact for Migration, with the N-VA withdrawing from the cabinet. Michel subsequently tendered his resignation and remained in office in a caretaker capacity.[2] At the 2019 federal election shortly afterwards, MR lost a number of seats, although Michel remained in office as interim Prime Minister during coalition negotiations. Weeks after the federal election, on 2 July 2019, the European Council voted to appoint Michel as its new President. He took over from Donald Tusk at a ceremony on 29 November 2019, formally beginning his term on 1 December 2019.[1][3]"

For a year now Belgium has had a caretaker Government and the Caretaker Prime Minister is since December 2019 President of the EU and no coalition Government is not decided upon,  Bad news already and the majority Flemish community is definitely not happy,    The present crisis since December 2018 stemmed directly from  Migrant issues,
