Since 2014 and the US sponsored Coup in Ukraine all the countries Gold reserve of about $12,5 billion has been transported to the USA, After the Russian attack the Ukraine government has authorized according to Reuters the sale of the said gold reserve to fund imports needed for the "country's survival".
According to all available information Ukraine since independence has been the most corrupt country in Europe and also the world. The fact is that it was a center for enrichment of USA politicians and there is documentation aplenty of invovlement of people like Biden, Pelosi and Schiff in fleecing Ukraine.
The system work as follows: -
* Congress would approve aid to Ukraine - $40 billion followed by an additional S1 billion. The $40 billion was for supposed military assistance and the $1 billion was for other assistance program to Ukraine
* What was provided by the USA was in fact used somewhat out of old equipment withdrawn from the USA Army and sent to Ukraine. So where did that portion of the $30 billion go? It is used for purchases of more modern new equipment for the USA army - so not a vent of money would be sent to Ukraine
* What happened or is happening to the $1 billion is not clear a all. Within 2 days after the house approved the grant -in-aid to Ukraine 2 of the most corrupt politicians - was in Ukraine. What were those 2 up to? Based on their proven history of involvement in Ukraine - there can be no doubt as to what is going on. They were there to deal with the kickback system.
But what about the $12,5 billion in gold held by the USA on behalf of the Ukraine? The sale of the $12,5 billion is going to benefit from the sale. Look no further than the Democratic Party leadership and some career Republican politicians - they will obviously be involved in the scam. Some will also go to corrupt Ukraine leaders The fact is that if any of the $12,5 billion is used for the benefit of the people of Ukraine it will indeed be a surprise.
The Arms Industry in the USA
The fact is that through the years the Arms industry became utterly corrupt with paybacks to the politicians supporting the allocation of contracts being what counts for the politicians involved. Other than kickbacks the politicians use insider trading t buy shares in companies getting huge contracts and when the contracts are awarded made huge profits - a typical example was Pelos. It is not only Democrats who made profits through backhanders and insider trading - there are also Republicans like some Republican Senators and especialy Cheyne invovled in the system. Her father and she controlled Haliburton - a company with a very dubious reord in Iraq when her father was cvice-President,
There is one typical example of what happened on practice - in 2018 the Trump presidency wanted to buy new jets for the air force. After identifying the technically best aircraft Trump invited the company concerned to the WH for negotiations on pricing. He asked them how much they woulfd charge the Government for the planes and they said $2,3 billion per plain. He said in plain terms the offer is for $1,4 billion = take it or leave ot.
The manufacturers was forced into accepting the offer - the politicians and army command went livid since there was no money available for kickbacks to them. Another defense issue was to provide arms assistance to Ukraine starting in 2017 to 2019 years. In 2017 and 2019 the Congress voted $1 billion year for the purpose - but then it came out how the system really operated. The money released to the Ukraine government in the main went to a Ukraine arms manufacturer by the name of Stepanek. So what was the real effect- Stepanek had a US subsidiary company on the boards of which 2 staff members of Adam Schiff served. The company had only one object - to serve as a channel for kickbacks to US politicians. A typical example is Stepanek funded the election of Schiff in congressional elections since 2016. However, that as not all things funded by kickbacks and hundreds of millions were distributed to other recipients - mostly Democrat politicians, senior army personnel and some corrupt Republican politicians as well. When Trump became aware of what he really was going on - he stopped the transfer of money and asked how corruption could be stopped. In the end he auhized the export of arms from the USA instead of transferring money to them, That was enough for Pelosi and Schiff to start impeachment procedures against Trump.
The systems in the USA are totally corrupt and when they find an equally corrupt partner in ort coutry the systems feeding US corruption kick in.
