Winter in S A this  year started in March and is still ongoing.- it is colder than ever in the past 50 years and winds are stronger.  Laat week large parts of SA was under snow.    and I am sure that was the time when the storm you referred to occurred,

It is already September and one expect moderate Spring weather and not intense winter situations.

I suppose the brainwashed will call all that  the result of Global warming and resultant rising sea levels - but it has nothing to do with that explanation.- many people is asking when is winter going to end this  year in SA  and the answer is not clear,  There were even ground level snow in Namibia  - have you ever heard of that before?
