Well at least Landy will be turning a better profit in SA.

Note how government wants none of the work but 20% of the profit. That's before tax.

Yep, you guessed it. This means higher prices for citizens, less money for investors but more Range Rovers for the geniuses have fucked SA up.

Can't wait to see yet more giant ass RayBan and hair extension wearing bushpigs in R1.6 million cars.

So stoked.

Fucked up beyond repair. Cyril is not the messiah he was made out to be. Just a bit more moderate than his predecessor...I still see no action against anyone who had their hands in the jar...Escom and SAA are still bottomless pits and we still have load shedding.  Crime is escalating...

All that's changed is that CR doesn't say as stupid things on TV...it's been 2 years.

This is definitely a bad sign and the Government is trying to get out of the wangle.  At this stage the business management has come up with their initial statement and is seems as if SAA is bankrupt and that is the long and the short of the matter,   They are apparently looking for a way to save SAA - but I doubt whether any private sector participant would fall for the move where they would not have the final say as to what is to happen.

I am afraid Eskom is beyond repair and the only way is to license private producer the deliver electricity - but it seems as if the Government is scared to do so.   Government should sell the old power stations to private developers to upgrade them to diesel-operated systems and than buy the electricity from them for distribution.

Does not look good and that is the long and the short of the matter,

I posted this 2 1/2 years ago:

“ I may be totally wrong but I do not trust Ramaphosa one bit. He will be even worse than Zuma. He has managed to "keep his hands clean" but I somehow doubt that they are anywhere near clean. He will do exactly the same as Zuma, and more. Only difference is that he is much wiser and won't get caught out. ”
