I tried to post the following  - but as per normal the contribution was ruined by loadshedding,    So please allow me to complete the posting

Perhaps I am being influenced by what happened in Senate and House hearings - and that is not looking very good when it comes to functioning of especially the Justice Department (inclusive of the FBI and CIA) as well as the Department of Homeland Security is acting when it comes to functioning.   So let me be more explicit and asked a serious question.   Are the said Departments being utilized to undermine opposition to the Washington  regime in any way por form?

There are literally hundreds of examples that can be quoted in the relevant regard and I would quote the following examples:-

*     The conduct of the Biden White House and  Justice Department  when it comes to parents protesting at School Committee Board against brainwashing  of children in  schools and spreading of pronography to school children  similar to what happen in Stalinist schools in Russia.    The children are taught that the schools can decide on everything and that parents have no rights on what is being taught at schools.    The letter I referred to was compiled in liaision with the White House and called protestors "Domestic Terrorists".   Based on that letter the Attorney General issued an instruction to he FBI to investigate the parents protesting against such issues at school board meetings as "domestic terroriswts: listing 13 "crimes" that protesting parents commits.    Those a"crimes" include inter alia irritating phone calls to Board members.     A special unit was created in the FBI to deal with such "terrorism" by parents.    What happened in fact was that the School Boards organization after hearing  about WH involvement in compiling  the letter apologized for it and withdrew the letter.   However, the Attorney General refused to withdraw his instructions to the FBI and the unit in the FBI are still following his instructions to investigate protesting parents      The Attorney General claimed that his letter only deal with violence at such  meetings - but there were in fact none.   The one case where a cather was restrained was where a schoolboy dressed as a girl entered the toilet facilities at a school in Vuirginia and raped his 15 year-old daughter.    No action  was taken against the boy and he was afterward sent to another school sent to another school in Virginia where a similar incident happened.   To date no action was taken against the alleged criminal.  

*    Apparently when it comes to opposition supporters according to FIC information at least 280 000 illegal and irregular and clearly  illegal investigation of people opposed to the present Government has been done by the FBI and that seems to be a key role for them at present.   The investigation do not deal with any foprm of violent protests at all - it just dealt with people openly opposing the present Administration in Washington by word of mouth or otherwise.

*    When it became clear that the Supreme Court was about ready to issue a Judgement on abortion - a draft was leaked to the media and to date nobody knows who was responsible for the leak.   Organizations linked to the Democrats organized protests at the homes of Judges night after night which in terms of the law is illegal and should never have happened.   The potential had all the elements that could lead to violence but no action to enforce the law was taken against the organizers of the protests - not a single person ws charged with a criminal offence.   In the end the violence ws emphasized by the fact that a "protestor" from California travelled to Virginia and took a firearm and burglar tools to the home of Judge Kavanaugh where he threatened to kill the Judge.    He was in deed arrested - but to date there were no charges laid against him by the Justicwe Department and no court hearing took place.  When that type of thing happened it shows total disregard to apply the law and when it is done to apply laws selectively it really is a totally unacceptable.

*     The Biden Administration has made streaams of remarks about "domestic terrorism" by people opposed to their policies,   and one instruction dealst with investigation of Catholic members using the Latin version of the mass also described as domestic terrorists by the White House.

*     The refusal of the FBI  on instruction of the Justice Department to investigate the Hunter Bidsen issue - espcially since they had the Hunter Biden Laptop proving ultra-corruption  activities linked to his father as VP.    The FBI had this laptop  for more than 4 years now and did nothing about the investigation.   When one of their trusted informers provided a report with seventeen telephone  calls between Burisma - 15 with Hunter and 2 with Joe Biden the FBI - did nothing about any investigation of the report.    In the report and conversations mentioned  there were serious allegations that each of Joe and Hunter was paid .$5 million after Joe Biden blackmailed the Ukraine Government fire the Prosecutor investigating Burisma for bribery and corruption.   Senator Grassly got hold of a copy of the report and confronted Wray in the Senate about the report and Wray first denied there was such a report in existence and when Senator Grassley told him he ahs a copy of the report Wray admitted it exists,  but when pressed in the Senate to provide a copy of the report and the 17 telehonic conversations to the Senate Wray refused to provide it since it is part of an "ongoing investioghation".    The House then threatened to take the amtter to Court the FBI provided a reducted report where criucial info was then  given to the House members and then demanded they are not allowed to copy the report and after reading it all copies was to be handed  back to the FBI.   The FBI refused tio ahnd over the recorded telephonic discussions between Burisma and the Bidens as part of the info demanded by the House.    Somewhat farcical since the Republicans already had copies of the full report submitted to the House..   The conduc of Biden was descruiibed by himself in a video recording - he bragged about getting rid of the Prosecutor.   When Biden was questioned on that issue he claimed he did the firing based on complaints by other countries - but since no proof of such complaints were provided it was clearly a lie.   After raiding the home and office of the  main owner of Burisma the main owner and Hunter contacted Joe Biden telephonically and he five days alter threatened to withhold a $1 billion loan guarantee if the Prosecutor was not fired.   Af ter the Prosecutor was fired the investigation of Burisma died and the UK Government was forced to release $28 million they froze because it involved bribery and corruption.   A legitimate question is remains - was  the firing of the Prosecutor the result of tpotential of exposainbg the Biden activities in Ukraine?

*     There are claims that Hunter Biden flew with Biden in Air Force 2 when eh visited a number of countries where Hunter made different deals with oligarchs andx Chibnese Communist Government  companies ending up with millions of dolalrs flowing into the more than 20 shelf companies operated by the Biden family.    Since that type of conduct of money flows was in the past linked to money laundering the banks reported the money transfers to the Finance authorities and the FBI.   Nothing ws done about the reports and the money flowed to the Biden family members - the question rem ains who were the actual beneficiaries from the real transfers.   In defense the Demcorfaqtic Party adn their emedia supporters claimed that there were no proof of Joe Biden be invovled in the case of such pyments and that he ahd no communication with the compan ies making payments to the Biden family.   

*    When Hunter Biden was eventually charged  with illegal possession of a fire-arm when he ws a coke addict and ibncome tax evasion - The Justice Department and the layers representing Hunter Biden concocted a sweetjheart deal in which wsas cxontained an admission of guilt by Hunrter and a new jusdicial principlew that he would not be charged wsith anything he has done iro past, present and future criminal investigations of Hunter's activities.   The Judge presided over the heafring was approached to hide the issue of Hunter Biden's invovlement in bribery and corruption by an official attached to Hunter Biden's lawyers - she actually was from the Justice Department.   The Judge smelled a rat and throews out the plea deal

*     From extensive evidnce .provided by Musk and exposed by other sources as well.   weekly meetings between the FBI and CIA as well as WH represnetatives where it was dxecided not to publish info that would create a negastive impression of the Biden presidency a=ir the Democrartic Party per se.   The press would get rewarded for good conduct or if there was any objection to it was threatened with legislation to be submitted by the Demcorats to curtail the functioning of the media if they don't behave.   Be it as it may - the weekly meetings boiled down to censoring of the media  by the Biden Administartion and represents a direct threat to the principles of free speech contained in the U

*     The obvious effort to get Trump of the ballot next year by the Justice Department is clear.    They have a joint interest to get im out of contention and even though  many charges are never going to be accepted by the courts as legitimate the effort is clear - get him off the ballot at all costs.     

*     The Biden adcministration has no interest in getting legal support for their actions.   They use two methods - the one is to ignore the need to get lgislatgion through Congress based on particular issues.   Last year a proposed law covering a multititude of issues were submnitted to the House. - it was contained in 42 "books" submitted for consideration and in December 2022 a similar system were used in the case of the latest budget approvced by the House in late December 2022 whena  draft Act was tabled in the House and voted on without debate in the House.   In the case of the inititial bundle of issues as to election legislation was declared as unconstitutional by the Supreme Court  the Democrats wanted a system where people would be allowed to register as voters without proof of identity or residents and vote withou proof of identification - coupled to a system of vite ahrvesting after the election day to get the result they desire.  In California and even in otgher states some resulkts were delayed by up to 14 days to gve rfesults desired by the Demcoraqts.  However, the voting legislation contrained in the bundle of laws contaned in the 42 books were rejected by the Supreme Court as Unconstitutional.   However, the problem is that the membership of the Supreme Court be extended and compliant judges be appointed to ensure that their decisions comply with the desire of teh Democrats - thus capturing  control of the Supreme Court.   

*     Another method used by the present administration is to rule by mandates and not legislation.   Biden issued mandates on the Open Mexcian Border as an example. an alleged 7 million people entered the UJSA illegally since Biden took over the Presidency.   The mandates are often in contradiction of existing law and  compiled by Soros (the issue of Law and Order) nd Green energy  (compiled by Bill Gates) are shining examples,   Compliance are assured by Soros's son meeting with WH officials on a monthly basis and continuous consultation between the Secretary involved in the casxe of Bill Gates,         .    ,                                     .   .       

To Summarize          

Looking at the total impact providied above it seems to be that there are movesw afoot by the Democrats to turn the situation to  MERGING OF ROLLS IN GOVERNMENT in the USDA where the Democrats and their alliance partners amongst the bureaucrats coupled to a large degree of control of the media inoa simngle institution controlling all governance in the USA.    

That if successul will put the USA on par with dictatorial Regimes,   It can be argued that the States may jeopardize sauch moves - but that can be cut iut by packing the Supreme court and ensure that new Judges will go along with whatever the Regime wants abd that would make the States powerless

THE THING THAT WORRIES ME IS THAT THE USA CAN MOVE INTO A DICTATORSHIP IF NOTHING IS DONE TO GET THE SIUATION UNDER CONTROL.        if not the usa qwill soon become the Socialist Republic of the USA under  authritarian control.

Given the effort you have put into this Mike, good manners demands some sort of response. There is no doubt that the Justice Department has a strong Democratic bias…but the Supreme Court leans slightly conservative.

The whole Russia hoax was enabled by this. That’s what made Barr’s tenure so tricky. He is slated by the far right, but he saved Trump’s presidency, walking a very tight rope.

There is nothing new in all this though, the bias in Justice and the Media was rampant in the Clinton presidency.

I accept that there were always problems in the UJSA about issues of a politic issues and  in that regard the support of the famous Mueller lies to the Senate about weapons of mass destruction is an example.   The majority ofd politicians wan ts war ag ainst Iraq and they got the war they wanted.  

However, I think the Justice Department and FBI  in liaison with the WH  has gone overboard under Biden and the following are illustrations of that:-

*    The illegal investigation of 280 000 people by he FBI as exposed in a report of F IC .

*    The protection racket of the Biden's when it came to investigations of reports available to them -also the Hunter Biden laptop.   The obvious attempt by the WH and Justice Department with the  Hunter Biden attempted plea deal that would have let him off the hook on two charges laid and the resultant exoneration of Hunter in respect of future investigations and charges and the   Judge smelling a rat and refused to accept the plea deal.   The problem is when Hunter gets into the witness box his fathers role in the whole coirruption saga will all come out.

*     Weekly liaison with the internet platforms and the media to prevent news about issues that could embarrass the Democrats is definitely beyond the pale of even basis.   It boils down to undermining of free speech and the Constitution of the USA andx brainwashing of people to follow only the .Demcorfatic Party in elections.   

I did not refer specifically to the Trump charges that was compiled by the Special Council and the Georgia D A in obvious liaison with the WH legal team and the Justice Department.    The fact is that if Trump was not a candidate in 2024 there would have eben no charges laid against him.    There are not only politicians and bureaucrats who feared a potential Trump presidency and they would do anything imaginable from it happening.   An eminent law professor called it BS.   It is likely this effort will backfire in   Federal Courts and even the Supreme Court.     In the case of the  the  January 6  incident a local Washington judge with a loaded jury could find Trump guilty - ands then Graqrland wilkl try to remove Trump as a candidate in the election before an appeal could be lodged or considered,

Look basically Americans like their country and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. So they don’t want their own lives to be disrupted.

 But they have been taught to have empathy and America is very charitable, to poor communities in the country and to global causes. Versailles has received heavy American contributions and I bet the Notre Dame rebuild has as well. Every global catastrophe results in a call to contribute in my mail box.

Those two inclinations are always in an uneasy balance. If leadership tilts too far in one direction, there is an opposite reaction. Biden’s emphasis on Climate Change is what his base wants. But if gas prices go up too much he’ll lose the middle undecided. So when Saudi supports production cuts there is panic and the Strategic Oil reserve is plundered.

The rise in Trump’s rating as the legal actions against him expand is another example. People sense the bias and they react.

Where the balance point ends when the election takes place depends on a whole host of things….but I think Trump will likely be the candidate. And unfortunately he will lose. Not because of what Justice is doing, which is actually helping him…but because his antics and rabble rousing have turned off the middle, who decide elections.

The  fact that I did not exactly mentioned Trump was specific - I did not want him to  be part of the discussion of a malignancy in US politics,   

However, the Democrats fear and hate him and so do the bureaucrats given lcy.    He spoke about the issue of what he called the Washington swamp before the 2016 election and the Democrats and their bureaucrat partners launched a campaign of lies now called the Russian Hoax to u,ndermi.ne Trump and cause regime change in the process.   

You are somewhat naive about the issue of January 6.   Clinton never acknowledged her loss in 2016 and the Russian Hoax followed.     Was that more serious than the statements made by Trump about election fraud.  Thre is no evidence that Trump encouraged the people to go into the capital   and the case against him by the Democxrats is based on the so-called insurrection lie they also invented.   It has all the potential on backfiring on them. 

What bothers me more is that Trump may become a assasination target - it would not be the first American President to be assasinated.            .
