That was the real value to be used as new expenditure, Now the Pentagon called it an accounting error - they spent the full approved amount and now wants to spend more on armaments to buy replacement weaponry,
Nice try - it entails money originally allocated for expenditure and approved by Congress, The scam is that it entails a total expenditure and the fact is what the Pentagon now advertise is to use extra money to be spent. A classic method to destroy legislative control of State expenditure. The amount approved by Congress was spent - now we want to spend more than allocated in other words the Pentagon wanted to commit fraud. In fact what was delivered to Ukraine is not the real expenditure - what amounts to real expenditure was replacement costs. Nice effort by the Pentagon to commit fraud to spend monsey amounting to unauthorized expenditure.. An old trick used by crooked bureaucrats to spend unauthorized expenditure.
