Lovely song and what a voice Dimitri has. There is a movie on this subject called The Cranes are Flying.....well worth watching.

Just watched it...brilliant black and white photography...outstanding acting and a strong message of hope.

Just proves a fallacy, that the Western world leaders lied to us, that there was no need for a cold war and the last thing that Russians would want was another war. They are not war mongers...they will defend their homeland sure and they have big military power but they are not aggressors...they paid too bigger price in WW1 and especially WW2.

The Western media has a limited grasp of WW2. Normandy, the Battle of the Bulge and Monte Casino were epic. But WW2 was won by the Allies at the Battle of Kursk. If all the resources applied to the Eastern Front were released by a Russian surrender Normandy would never have happened.

That is right...I'm glad that at least there are some that understand the truth, and see through propaganda.

Political agendas are terrible things...selfish,greed, self serving and are the reasons we wander in darkness, aimlessly accusing each other because we don't know the actual truth...we still have so much distrust and the catalystic media with evil agendas can get masses to believe what they want them to believe.
