There is one comment I want to make and that is about the tabling of a motion that in terms of Adment 25 of the  Constitution to the effect that Biden is incapable to be President.   This has been mentioned by a number of House Republican members.  However, that would solve the problem of the Democrats .have with regard to Biden candidacy.    I think the Speaker would only allow discuission of the motion if Trump supports it,

Trump without doubt would left the Demcorats stew in their own juice.   By submitting such a motion for discussion voting on the issue there will be a number of Democrats voters having heir own fears about being re-election if Biden remains candidate that would support the motion to get rid of President forthwith.  So to force the Democrats to solve their own problem, the motion wll not be tabled before the Democratic Party convention and if Biden remains the DP candidate the motion would be tabled after the Convention and approved  leaving   the incompetent Harris as candidate, with her choosing the VP -  the appointment of which would be decided on by the DP funders,

The latter would cause the DP in the deepest shit imaginable.   So I cannot see any clean decision by the Democrats to save Democrat Senate and House candidates in marginal House districts  on extremely thin ice.

Mike. the 25th can only be implemented by the VP and cabinet members...it's not gonna happen...Harris might want to, but I don't see the majority of the cabinet going along...they like her even less.

The problem for the Democrats is that the latest polls are indicating the Trump leads as follows:-

Biden by 5

Harris by 6

Newsom by 8

Whitmer by  10

If they get rid of Bidenthe potential candidates are gettging  worse and worse in the polls,   

Since the Bulk of support is in 10 states - so the probkem is amde worse for the Democrats and if theywant to win theelection  thy need an overall lead of 4% nationally in the national polesm 

The polls concentrate on the battleground states and the media originally imdicated which States  battleground states:

Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania

Since then three of the above reached Lean to Trump by 5% or more.  The list of new battleground states has lengthend it the followinmg  are new added to the above list:-

Rhode Island, Connecticutt, New York, New Jersey, Virginia, New Mexico and Minnesota.  

In the case of battleground states the lead of candidates must be less than 5.    The 10 remaining battleground states are now 2 favoring Trump and 8 favoring Biden, but the problem is that in 3 of the 8 states Biden lead is by 1   While in the remaining Traampfavoring States the leads are 3 and 4

 So the situation does not look good  for the Demcporats,

This ss the key wording as to dismissal of a President:-

 SECTION. 4. Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.

I think the wording of Amdnment 25 is rather vague.   It started of by saying  that6 the VP and Cabinet or such body as Congress be deermine by law;   

I do think this could mean Congrees can declare such otherf body

 and then refer that the House and Senate (is Congress acab declare themselves as such other body.

I think that is what is delaying the motion is probably getting a legal opinion  of top lawyers and await that before anything can be done.
