I am happy about your description in SA - but must add that the same situation prevails in the USA.    In the case of SA  the route followed  by Zuma was to corrupt the  Police and Prosecuting authorities by appointing corrupt individuals to destroy the legal system - so corruption by ANC politicians and senior public servants loyal to Zuma was the root  of corruption that nearly caused bankruptcy of the country - ie through State capture,   In the USA the ame route was followed by Obama  to stop the laws to be applied in the case of corrupt Democrats  - with ghastly osequences for the rule of law.   

In the USA case - the Chinese, Russians and Iranians hold the evidence that could send Obama, Biden,  Clinton, Kerry, Pelosi and a host of their DP leadership figures to jail and that cause the destructive policies of Biden in perspective.    What  has the Chinese got on the NZ prime minister?   There must be a reason  for the "|love affair" between President Xi and your Prime minster.

We spent a most enjoyable vacation in New Zealand.

Folks were friendly and picked up our SA accent immediately without a nasty remark being made about RSA but always got back to rugby.

Some great sites we visited, people always were polite and a few great glasses of NZ wine to go with some tasty dishes.

The only problem I have with NZ is that their rugby players are  good.

Other than that they are great folks.
