It was not misleading at all - it was a lie spread by the Democrats and their side-arm the FBI and CIA. How even if 2000 unarmed people entered the Capitol can become an insurrection is the biggest BS I have ever heard.
What should be explained is why after 35 months after arrest nearly half of the people arrested have not been charged of any criminal offense after 35 months in jail - remains a clear indication of lies and political attacks on opposition to the present regime. Another question is why were some instigators of entry to the Capitol and for instance the chap with the hangman's noose for Pence never arrested nor charged.with anything?
I think that the other scandal to hit the House is that most of the documentation submitted to the Nancy Pelosi Committee was destroyed by the Committee itself. That alone will come to the Supreme Court if Trump is find guilty by the lower courts and will explode in the faces of the Democrats. Those were House Committee material that carries a 20 year jail sentence for destruction - that in itself will put people like that liar and corrupt Schiff and Cheney where they really belong - in jail.
That is why i think the situation is critical. The Democrats are trying to use the Curts to remove Trump from contgestging the 2024 election and evidence indicated that it will not work and that the whole aim of the charges against TRump is based on policitical BS.
So if that fails - what next? A Lie campaign such as the Demcorats used in the period 2016 to 2020 may not work again - but what then? Is a Clinton suicide going to be the fate the Democrats have in mind? .
