Yes it has become clear Ukraine has lost the war.
But US led Nato did not honor the Minsk Agreement did they. It was only used to buy time.
Further Ukraine signed a Peace agreement and then threw it in the trash can.
So I agree with Ritter Putin is not easily going to come to the table until Russian objectives are achieved.
