It's over, except for the Dems trying to keep it alive for the 2020 election. This shameful chapter should be done......we wait for the apologies.

Would it be wise to use lies as a campaign topic in 2020?  But then politicians has been known to use lies for the last two hundred years and get away with it and voters have become cynical about their tactics,

Lies as an argument is not going to cut it. Policies are. At this stage Trump’s policies are working and some of them are, in several cases, traditional Dem policies. If the economy holds up and he makes more progress on NK and China, the Dems have one hell of an uphill battle to fight. Add to that, if the Dems cannot counter or contain the “socialist” arm within the party, that hill is just going te get steeper. They might have to rig another primary to do that because they will have to eliminate Bernie to keep the socialists out. And then, just to add some more fuel to the fire, there is also Joe Biden lurking in the background. Think about it. The two main threats for the politicallly correct candidates, all with holes in their backgrounds, having to fight of two guys who have very strong support but who do not even closely fit the “required profile” of the modern day ideal Dem candidate, being two grey haired old white toppies with one hell of a lot of support from the average Dem supporter. And then, just to add further insult to injury, you have the table jumping Windmill O’Rourke, who likes to think of himself as a potential JFK mark 2. The problem that he poses for the more “in line” candidates like Pot Smoker Harris, Spartacus Booker and Pocahontas Warren is that he, along with Bernie are the two biggest fundraisers. FFS, I have just convinced myself that the Dems should really stop worrying about the Mueller report and start sorting out their kak. LOL.

Ceradyne

I do not think the average American voter will fall for the types of candidates the DP will find in their arsenal.   So lets look at them carefully:-

The Middle of the Roaders

Biden  -  a rather colourless person with no real political acumen and was a Vice-President with no real policies of his own that he would implement,   A type of candidate that would swing wioth the wind without any real policies he would follow.

Rourke  - this guy is the US version of Macron with a number of skeletons in the cupboard.  The main one is that in the last Senate election allegedly about 900 000 illegals managed to vote.   That is a deadly one,   I bet that the Republicans have the proof of that allegation in their pockets waiting to see whether Rourcke is going to stand as candidate for the DP.    The proof will be exposed during any presidential campaign on his part and would leave him dead and buried.

The Socialists

All the other DP potential candidates are in the same boat as Bernie Sanders - equally left wing socialists  all of them.   Which of the Socialists will get the upper hand in the primaries is not clear,   Whether with even the greatest media support a Socialist can win the Presidency in the US is not clear,   The nearest to a Socialist the DP had the past 50 years was Carter and he failed as President and failed badly.

I have not seen a weaker list of  DP candidates since the 1950's  - the present lot are the pits and they would hand the election to the RP on a platter. .

No obstruction, no collusion, no conspiracy.... Barr reports

You missed no exoneration...will the Mueller report ever be released to the American people ?...all we have is Trump's poodle Carrs's summary

With Bill Barr’s fake Mueller report, the GOP is pulling out the playbook of lies it used to sell us on invading Iraq

Explain obstruction of justice if there is no underlying crime. Remember that the US President has the power to fire the FBI director for any reason or no reason at all. James Comey said so himself in Congress.

18 U.S.C. § 1505 - U.S. Code - Unannotated Title 18. Crimes and Criminal Procedure § 1505. Obstruction of proceedings before departments, agencies, and committees

"Whoever, with intent to avoid, evade, prevent, or obstruct compliance, in whole or in part, with any civil investigative demand duly and properly made under the Antitrust Civil Process Act, willfully withholds, misrepresents, removes from any place, conceals, covers up, destroys, mutilates, alters, or by other means falsifies any documentary material, answers to written interrogatories, or oral testimony, which is the subject of such demand; ?or attempts to do so or solicits another to do so; ?or

Whoever corruptly, or by threats or force, or by any threatening letter or communication influences, obstructs, or impedes or endeavors to influence, obstruct, or impede the due and proper administration of the law under which any pending proceeding is being had before any department or agency of the United States, or the due and proper exercise of the power of inquiry under which any inquiry or investigation is being had by either House, or any committee of either House or any joint committee of the Congress--

Shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 5 years or, if the offense involves international or domestic terrorism (as defined in section 2331 ), imprisoned not more than 8 years, or both."

Geez Vlag you're an expert on this stuff! This idiotic plank doesn't get the fact you can't obstruct when there is no crime.....and it's not obstruction when you make a joke in a Presidential debate.

The secret is, Moz, to never take anything at face value. Don’t copy and paste each and every interesting little piece of shyte that you see. Read it. Check the facts and do the research and form your own opinion.

Alan Dershowitz grilled Mueller at the time when everybody was singing Hallelujah to him. He said Mueller’s point on obstruction was a cop out bu Mueller, and he is right.

Problem is how dare the US electorate select a president they have not supported and was the target of vicious attacks by them,    Something must have been done illegally to cause the loss.

Even before the election Clinton hired a so-called secret agent from England to submit a fake dossier about Trump's collusion with Russia and that became the bible of the DP and the media for two years,  For two years none of the investigations - neither political nor judicial - found anything to support the Clinton dossier,

Now where to now.   Invent a new fake crime to save face,  In the meantime the media - and especially CNN - have serious problems of their own.    There is a string of libel lawsuits lining up and they may end up paying out hundreds of millions if not billions of dollars in compensation to people they have maligned in the process,

It could put some of the press out of business completely.   .

...According to Mueller, no exoneration for Trump...end of story...despite that Trump and the Trump dummies are spouting a full exoneration which is just a blatant lie...

....you have to wonder what they are hiding by refusing to release the Mueller report
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell blocks resolution to release Robert Mueller's full report

Meanwhile, six Democratic committee chairs in the House request an unredacted copy of Mueller's report by April 2

Yes I heard that clip of Dershowitz. He's right, but my guess is the omission was a compromise Mueller had to make to avoid having his team blow up.....they were all hard core democrats. And there was another channel, the Attorney General who thankfully is no longer Jeff Sessions....he made the rather obvious point, you can't be obstructing justice if you are innocent of the underlying crime.
