He shipped jobs overseas and did zero about unfair trade and trade imbalances. he regulated the heck out of business and entered into the job killing and fraudulent Paris Climate Accord. He would not allow America to become energy independent preferring to spend billions for energy from ME and Russia. He was there to manage the American decline and famously said these manufacturing jobs were not coming back and that Trump did not have a magic wand to bring them back!
