I just saw this on social media:

Trump’s billionaire allies will now own:

  1. CNN
  2. Fox News
  3. CBS
  4. WaPo
  5. WSJ
  6. NY Post

— plus 185+ local tv stations and news in 100 markets.

They also control X, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, WhatsApp, TikTok, Truth and Twitch.

Following AI regulating changes, they now also control the AI you're integrating into your lives, the algorithms feeding you content, and your personal data you've given up for access. This is all by design to manipulate and surveil us, and we’re not talking enough about it. Pay attention.

If a few of the richest people are now controlling the media, they control the narrative.

There's a very understandable and obvious reason why Bozo is held in such ridicule by the media.

Just open your eyes.

Secure border…record stock market…low unemployment….international conflicts settled….Washington safe to walk at night….Europe finally forced to defend itself….Iran’s nuclear ambitions checked….tariffs reducing the deficit.

The style may be objectionable but the results have been excellent.

If things are going so great, then why is Trump trying to kneecap the media?

Trump's popularity rate is lower than any president since Nixon. (After Watergate). He is already talking about trying to rig the election in the mid-terms, as he knows he is going to lose the House, and perhaps the Senate as well.

Most election decisions in America are made long before the election, with just a few battle ground states that decide the outcome. How could say California cheat, if they are always going to vote Blue? Just like how could Kansas City cheat, if the results is always going to be red?

Any so called cheating could only have an impact in the Battle Ground States where the decision is in doubt.

Yes these ‘experts’ are very reliable

Opinion | Republicans Are Delusional If They Think Biden Will Be Easy to Beat

The power of incumbency and a Trumpified GOP give Biden the advantage in 2024.

Since the midterms and likely in anticipation of a reelection campaign, Joe At this juncture, no one else in the country is as likely to be president of the United States come January 2025 as Joe Biden.

….

And you keep on believing these biased political hacks.

The press instttutions worldwide are owned either by the State or by a few wealthy people. But the media is losing reader and viewership and the main influnce peddling are now in the hand of the internet platforms.

So top panicking about nothing - the situation wioll not chang e because some emdia wil stop their lies about for instance Trump and try to convey some truths - lies for years has reduced affrdability of the media you quoted and lost support as a result.

Not only that - spreading propaganda lies cost them hundreds of millions in libel payments.

I theory, in practice Trump gets the worst media of any president since Richard Nixon.

Oh no. Liberals can no longer stand their own society. Donald Trump has excellent media. Which is a failure of the free press.

Bu design, there must be an opposition in a liberal society. Yet this mere basic fact is here denied as the opposition is perceived as unfair and undeserved.

It is expected that the free press connected to the opposition faction opposes Trump. It is systemic.

On the other hand, the free press connected to the faction in power is submissive to Trump; this part of the free press has no autonomy.

Nixon's case is so different. Nixon's period is a period liberals may use to claim that their system of governing works. Nixon ended his presidency by a resignation. He was left with barely no support from any faction. Nixon was not coerced to resign by his opposition faction, he was also coerced to resign by his own side. Nixon was ousted from power by the Republicans themselves.

Factionalism was not as pronounced in Nixon's time and both parties acknowledged a common ground, a superior ground over their faction membership. Both agreed to agree on Nixon crossing lines that must not be crossed.

The Trump's era is a triumph of factionalism. Liberals have no common values as their faction membership prevails over everything else. It is obviously not tribalism by the way. Nixon's time could be compared to tribalism, it was closer to tribalism than what is happening today.

The free press myth is dead. Only remains the crude reality of factionalism. Trump ended freedom of speech in the US in a brutal, open manner when he got the government to intervene to try to end TV shows. It ended freedom of speech or rather its illusion. The free press showed they no longer believed in it anyway as they were unable to agree on agreeing that Trump was ending the free press premises. They chose factionalism over the free press.

Of course, the free press in charge to oppose systematically a faction in power opposes. That is its part. But the free press in charge of supporting the faction in power has failed, it has lost its autonomy.

Trump benefits from an excellent press support. The so called opposition is just a systemic artefact of the liberal political system. It is very funny as the very fact liberals conflate this systemic opposition with a rejection of Trump's policies show that liberals no longer bear the idea of a systemic opposition. They would favour a one party system.

Very funny.
